I hesitate to call it "deceptive", but it appears to be teetering-on-the-edge! The Basic Membership has a variety of course-selections, BUT, somehow the "good stuff" (even the almost-good stuff) jus... See more

Still trying to cancel this membership

Still trying to cancel this membership. They use some digital wallet feature so even if you change your cc it keeps charging you on the new card due to re-occurring feature. No way to call them it's a recording that drops and they don't respond to their emails. TOTAL SCAM! Stripes processes the fees for them but allows it and tells you to take it up with the company that apparently no longer exists or with the bank. Waste of time to keep having to dispute! Totally bonkers!!

When people create money grab grifts like this it makes you wonder who hurt them

Never, ever trust a website or service that has their refund policy plastered everywhere on their site but you have to start the sign up process to see what it costs. Transparency in pricing is such a basic concept and when see net slimes selling courses made by directly by “billionaire CEOs” you have to know that this is the exit for Upsell City. Two exits past Misleading Marketingville and 20 minutes from Grift City.

Save your time, your money, and your banks staffing budget because you’ll ultimately have to call them to seek refunds because their customer service isn’t trained to service you; they’re trained to string you along for as many bonus months of subscription charges as possible.

Total scam

Not much to add previous reviews, but I wonder how these Mentorbox people are still on the loose. Should be jailed. Is there class action to join?

They steel money from bank account, even I never had an account in their website!

I have never created an account and I have never bought a subscription. They got my card details from somewhere and deducted the money! When I contacted them, they say they don't see any money being deducted and ask for my card details! The bank has blocked my card, now I will have to try to get the money back and I can only hope they don't steal even more money!

Unauthorized charges

Unauthorized charges. I have never heard or visited their website but got charges showed on my credit card. Had to close my credit card account and report fraudulent activity to solve the trouble.

Scam

Scam. My bank actually tried to warn me by sending a fraud alert, but I thought it was a reputable company. Don't answer emails. Don't respect cancellations. Really horrible experience.

called to cancel and get a refund, rip off...

called to cancel and get a refund when the renewal appeared on my credit card but it was past the 30 day time frame they set. What a rip off. It is impossible to receive the refund with the timing of the charge and when you receive the credit card bill.
