I order a lightweight jacket from this company which was a light brown, matt finish. The item received was a shiny almost shellsuit material and looked nothing like the item I ordered. They now expect me to pay to return it to China or offered a £10 refund. Either way I lose out for something that is totally their error. I strongly advise anyone looking to buy from Mentalmens.....DON'T.
Nothing showed up the tracking doesn't tell you much and when you try to reach out to them it's the same automated response . Paid for express shipping shows it is still sitting in China .
