I ordered the bluebeards daily beard wash and found it a few dollars cheaper AND with free shipping which saved me a significant amount of money. I received it in two days which shocked me. I'm definitely ordering from men's direct again.

I ordered an EDWIN JAGGER SHAVING BRUSH, BEST BLACK BADGER, IMITATION TORTOISE SHELL.

Order / shipping was really good, fast and free. No problems there. This aspect of the order was extremely pleasant.

However, the product itself was very misleading. This brush comes in imitation ebony or imitation ivory in addition to the tortoise shell I ordered. The ebony and ivory colors have an opaque handle. I assumed that the tortoise shell handle would be opaque as well, which is a reasonable assumption given the display pictures look opaque plus the fact that the ebony and ivory handles are opaque. When i received the product I found out the handle is very see through, and in my opinion really makes the product look cheap. If I had known the handle was see through I would not have purchased the brush.

I did contact Customer Service a few days ago to voice my concern with the product an have not heard back from them yet, I hope they get in contact with me soon.

I will be returning this product and hope the return experience goes well.

Man, I found this place online that sells beauty products for dudes! Got myself a nice shaving brush at ridiculously low prices. The price was so low I felt like I was stealing from these guys!

I decided to try out wet shaving and after reading many double edge razor reviews and checking out many on-line sellers I went with Men's Direct. They have a very easy to navigate site, prices are good, they shipped my item very quickly, but the selection is what sold me. When I got the razor, I found that they had thrown in a couple of shaving cream samples and a post shave sample to get me started. Very nice and unusual in this age of trying to make every dollar count. I'll shop here again when I need supplies.
