I ordered 3 items, but they only sent 2. Now I will have to take the time to order again. These are commodity products so I would have preferred they let me know when I ordered.

I only needed one thing and it was small and inexpensive. They shipped it out to me for free and very quickly. I couldn't be happier with their service and will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Acca Kappa boar bristle brush and was astonished that it was half the price of other websites. The quality is superb. Shipping reasonable and packaging perfect!

I had a relatively bad experience with this store. I placed an order and a week and a half later I had to reach out to check the status to find out half of my items were not in stock and or no longer carried.

Then they shipped what was in stock and took a week and a half to arrive. I had to call customer service twice on this purchase so that right there is a no return experience for me.

Shipped the next day, both orders..if you need to call you will talk to a person within 20 seconds (hard to find service like this). Very satisfied.

Bought shavers that I saw in a store for 80$ each came across this site and I got them for more then half that price.

The shipping was very fast. I ordered a taylor of old
Bond street club brush. When I received it it was in a plain white shipping box. Being a collector it kinda makes the brush worthless.

I was impressed with choice of products and received my order in timely fashion.

Got a great deal on a new straight razor and extra blades. Will definitely reorder from Men's Direct. They even sent samples to me as well.

The service and products from Men's Direct are always top notch. Bought Wilkinson blades and tried one. Terrible shave, blood all over the place. Wasted my money. The Shark blades are much better.
