OYROSY jumpsuit color, stitching and fabric is not the same as on website, size much smaller and shorter than described, item has a very bad chemical smell. I will not purchase again.
I ordered from Oyrosy, which shows up on bank details as Menalvin. The shipping policy stated 15 business days, and after that time passed I emailed to request an update. I was told my order was in production. A week later I was contacted by email to say my item was out of stock and to pick another item. I requested a refund at that time, and I do not expect to see it. I've reported the transaction as fraudulent to my financial institution. At best, they're a very badly run, inexperienced, messy business - at worst it's just a scam. Stay away.
I received my items and when opening them, I found the quality of the clothing was poor, they looked cheap. Myself and husband decided immediately to return the items. I contacted them via email requesting the return information to return the items. They have sent me various emails trying to convince me why I should keep the merchandise, when I have explained I’m not interested In keeping the merchandise and how disappointing I was with the poor quality made items. This has gone on over a month and I still have not received the return information I been requesting. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this company NEVER
As a conscientious consumer, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Menalvin, a clothing company that touts itself as a purveyor of quality apparel. However, my recent encounter with them has left me utterly disillusioned and disheartened.
Upon placing an order for an all-black shirt and shorts set, I eagerly awaited its arrival, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. Instead of the sleek, monochromatic ensemble I had selected, I received a mismatched navy blue outfit adorned with a design that bore no resemblance to the item I had meticulously chosen.
The ordeal did not end there. Despite enduring weeks of anticipation, the shipping process was egregiously protracted, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation through customer support yielded nothing but exasperating exchanges and empty promises.
When I implored for a full refund and offered to return the erroneous merchandise, Menalvin's response was nothing short of incredulous. Initially, they offered a paltry 40% refund, a proposition that I adamantly refused. In a desperate attempt to salvage their tarnished reputation, they begrudgingly raised their offer to 70%, with the absurd caveat that I retain the erroneous ensemble.
Undeterred by their attempts at coercion, I persisted in my pursuit of justice, unequivocally expressing my desire for a complete refund and the return of their substandard product. However, their subsequent proposal plumbed new depths of audacity: a demand that I provide false praise on social media, masquerading as a satisfied customer, in exchange for the restitution I rightfully deserved.
This reprehensible display of deceit and disregard for consumer rights is not only reprehensible but also emblematic of a company that prioritizes optics over integrity. By coercing customers into fabricating positive feedback, Menalvin perpetuates a facade of credibility while callously disregarding the grievances of those they have wronged.
In light of this egregious misconduct, I implore fellow consumers to exercise caution when considering transactions with Menalvin. Their flagrant disregard for transparency, coupled with their propensity for manipulative tactics, renders them unworthy of patronage. Let my ordeal serve as a cautionary tale, a stark reminder to prioritize ethical conduct and consumer rights over the allure of flashy marketing campaigns.
Still no replacement or refund from the company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!
Pictures on the website are not what you get! Cheap prints on cheap material. Ordered a long sleeve shirt (men's) but sleeves were much too long! Tried to return and get a refund but was given the runaround: describe what is wrong, take pictures, take pictures with a measuring stick - ridiculous! And no refund, yet !
DON'T buy NOTHING, you will receive very bad quality items!!!!
I ordered BLACK! The color I got was undeniably GREY. On their web site the shirt color I ordered is black. I chose that one. No help from Menalvin support. The shirt was not of particularly good quality.
The customer service responds in decent time but if you can’t find a refund or return policy it’s because they don’t have one. It took over a month for me to get my items. Then when I got them they didn’t look anything like what was advertised. Very very cheap clothing. This place needs to be shut down.
