I first had a not so great result of the window cleaning, and I complained about it and got the best service afterward. Uncomplicated, no extra costs and really professional.
Easy to book appointment. Cleaner was punctual and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Can definitely recommend this company.

Window Cleaning Cancelled Repeatedly by Mempolering at Short Notice
I booked a private window cleaning service online, for one day the following week in the time slot 12:00 - 16:00, and all was great.
It got to the day of the scheduled cleaning and I received an SMS from them at 12:00 stating that they could not come anymore. I rescheduled for the following day at 15:00.
I received a call on that day at around 13:00 asking if they could come earlier, and unfortunately I could not accommodate this request due to work commitments so they told me they would be there at 15:00.
I rushed home to ensure I was there at 15:00. It got to 15:15 and no sign of the cleaner. I messaged them on their chat service online, and they informed me the cleaner would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. 5 minutes later I received an SMS stating that they could not come anymore and how about 2 days later.
I replied to say this was not acceptable and that I expected to see someone that day as promised, and they called to tell me they were cancelling. I told them I would take my business elsewhere.
I do not have the luxury of sitting around all day waiting for window cleaners to show up. Had they cancelled with 24 hours notice, as they ask their customers to do, it would be no problem. However, the mixed messages and short notice cancellations has really put me off using this company.

High quality and good price
They come on time, always very polite, they do their job very fast with hight quality! They even bring water! :) (P.S. they always take their shoes off, which for me is a sign of respect to the house! :) )

Brilliant and friendly service
MEMpolering were on time, extremely friendly, respectful of the house (shoes off etc..) nice to deal with and above all provided an excellent cleaning service. I have been recommending to all my neighbours!
