I ordered very basic setup, because I wanted to complete building my custom PC. The product was good delivered in secure packaging, and the basic build was excellent. The parts are exactly what I wanted, and fit everything together as I expected. The delivery took longer than I anticipated. A quick call with customer service (in English!) and I felt good taken care of. They also followed up with an email about our conversation. Delivery was easy to track with DHL, and only arrived just 2days before my vacation. But now, my updated PC system seems to be working very well.

Good product, the possibility to customise the PC adding or changing parts to suit my needs. The price was good. The only critism was that the dispatch date was later than announced.

The product itself is amazing. I ordered a custom pc (ryzen 5 5600, rtx 3060 ti, 8 gigs of corsair vengeance lpx) and everything was as expected inside the pc. Cable management was perfect. The only downside was on the building time, it took a month in total, but I don’t mind waiting that much for quality!

I havent ordered yet im leaving a 5 star review i am going to order but i am wondering if i can pay the delivery man when he comes to my front door?

Disappointing I hope that I would get what I ordered as the items that were actually ordered aren’t there rather there is something else ordered 3 fan GC got a 2 fan the motherboard has broken lock for GC. The monitor ordered was 165hz got 144hz and now they say that it is what you ordered wow.

Ordered a custom PC from them. The website still has parts in German even after switching to English, and it was unclear to me if key features (Bluetooth, wifi) would be included, but it was straightforward to get the components I wanted.

I had to do the order twice because I had changed my mind on a component, and delivery came in several days late. Their customer service took a long time to respond but I had a technician on the phone at the first try and that's not that frequent these days !

Most importantly, the PC was well packed and works like a charm ! Thanks MemoryPC, you're doing great !

je ne recomande pas dutout, Experience désastreuse, très gros délais sur la livraison (plus de 2 semaines) PC Pas fonctionnel, plante au lancement des jeux, SAV injoignable par téléphone qui plus qui n'est pas disponible en français, mettent plusieur jour à repondre par mail ce qui decourage fortemant

I do not recommend, Disastrous experience, big delay on delivery (more than 2 weeks) PC Not functional, crashes when launching games, after-sales service unreachable by phone which is not available in French, take several days to respond by mail which strongly discourages

The Customer Service of Memory PC is very reactive before they clinch the sale. Once the product has been solved and delivered it seems that there is NO customer service at all. Not that they are slow to answer... they simply ignore requests.

Great interface to create your own build. I've made mine by using another example build.
The prices are great too I thought it might be a joke but it's not.
The delivery has been made in 4-5 workdays which is good. (In Germany)
The packaging shows that these guys know what they are doing.
I've checked the parts and it seems the assembly has also been made by a pro.
Would shop again.

Perfect, very good prices for good specs. One of the best prices of the market. Normal delivery time, one ~10 days from the purchase so by counting the delivery and the assembly time it's ok. The computer is very well protected with a double cardboard and a custom polystyrene pillow. So everything was perfectly fine and inplace at the delivery.

Very interesting prices, delivery relatively fast, everything in order with my order, very good assembly and cable management, and the pc has been running perfectly for one month since I got it.

I’m very happy with the setup I bought. Well packed, everything working as intend, price was better than in other places and delivery was really fast. It is definitely gonna be the first place I’ll look for in case I would want to buy anything else.

PC delivered with the BIOS not adjusted, the RAM runs at 2400hz while it is a 3200hz RAM. Moreover the ram is not compatible with the XMP of the BIOS. Support refused to help me

Le pc reçu a un problème et ne fonctionne pas correctement. J'ai essayé de contacter le support par e-mail mais je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse en plus de 2 semaines. Je demande une prise en garantie ou un remboursement.

The received PC has a problem and is not functioning properly. I have tried to contact the support via email, but I have not received any response for over 2 weeks. I request either warranty service or a refund.

I ordered a pc on May 17th and it arrived on the 26th. Only 9 days to make the pc and send it, impressive. I sent several emails to which they replied promptly. The parcel arrived well packed. I was able to do all the updates, install games etc. so for the moment everything is fine. No problems either with the connection to the screen. However, I think it's unfortunate that you can't split your payements in 3, 4, 5,...etc months if you don't live in Germany... The only negative point I found.

An amazing transaction !

I am really happy with my new gaming PC, everything's fine. The cable management is amazing, the parcel was sent swiftly and very carefully.
