Definitely works for me

The process of learning is very engaging for me. The pictorial approach is one I had read about but not experienced. It makes memory improvement fun while having a significant impact on my ability to retain information.

Hi Marcia,

Thank you so much for your kind words, we're thrilled you loved it!

We noticed the review shows 1 star, which doesn't quite match your lovely feedback. If this was an accident, we'd be so grateful if you could update the star rating. If there's anything we could have done better, we'd love to hear about it.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

Best,
Anna

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IF YOU WANT TO STOP IN THE FUTURE

DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!!
I found I wasn’t using the app so I cancelled my subscription months ago, the app says I have cancelled my subscription, they took £110 from my CC for a renewal and now won’t refund me the money back. They keep telling me it’s the wrong email address but the app very clearly says it’s the right one. Be careful with your card details !!!

Hi Angela,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re truly sorry that this experience felt stressful, and we take it very seriously.

After you provided the alternative email address, we were able to properly locate the active subscription and clarify what happened. There were two separate accounts involved:

• The subscription associated with your original email, which you had previously canceled
• A separate Annual Expert subscription purchased under a different email address, which was the one charged

Because the app was being accessed while logged in under a different email, it displayed the Freemium version. Subscriptions only appear in the app when you’re logged in with the exact email used to purchase them, which is why it seemed like there was no active paid plan.

As soon as we identified the correct account, we located the active web subscription, canceled it immediately, and issued a full refund.

We’d also like to mention that we always send reminder emails before upcoming renewal payments to help avoid misunderstandings and allow users to manage their subscription in advance.

We never intend to make cancellations difficult or confusing, and we certainly don’t want anyone paying for something they’re not using. Once we had the correct details, we resolved the situation right away.

Now that everything has been sorted, we would truly appreciate it if you would consider updating your review to reflect the resolution.

If there’s ever anything else we can assist you with, we’re always here at support@memoryos.com.

Best,
Anna

At last, a really helpful app to learn things, lots of brilliant hacks!

I have tried quite a number of apps in the last year or so, but this one has really impressed me so far. Highly interactive, feels like solving puzzles and makes memorising even random things fun. Wish I had it when I was a student!

It is initially a bit complicated and not brilliantly clear where to start though. I did eventually find my way around and through the follow ups by email, it became clear. May have been nice to have a sort of virtual tour and overview at first.
Still, very highly recommended!
