Unprofessional customer service

I requested a quote to sell my ram, after a couple days they reached out for me to send a picture. Then nothing. Even after a followup email they never responded

Professional service, great parts

Memory.net are great, they offer professional service, compatibility checking and very fast shipping. I picked up 4 sticks of RAM for my Dell R6615 for half of what Dell charge for a single stick in Australia. Samsung chips, perfect part match, ECC. Happy days!

Found my impossible to find Memory DIMM

Finaly found my impossible to find memory module!

For my Deciso DEC750 firewall I needed a very low profile uDIMM of 16GB

this model is impossible to find in Europe, but I found it on Memory.NET and very reasonably priced!

The module arrived a day before the FedEx estimation.

So, kudos to the team at Memory.NET, thanks Alex!

I would give them 6 stars if I could

They went far and beyond what I expected.

I bought some memory for my Alienware Aurora R11, but apparently Alienware/Dell did some funky stuff with the XMP profiles. I asked for Return Authorization - instead - they sent me reprogrammed XMP memory and an RMA label.

Fortunately, they have some really smart people there and within a week had my Alienware rocking!!!

Good website search and quick ship

Purchased a pretty rare type of RAM here, M474A4G43MB1-CTD (DDR4 2666 SODIMM ECC) pricing was great and shipped very fast.

Lenovo ThinkStation Memory Half-Price

Purchased a 64GB DDR4 2933 for a Lenovo ThinkStation P520C (upping RAM to 128GB), and it works flawlessly, and at less than half the cost of "brand name." I admit I was skeptical, but I've run various diagnostic tests on it after it was installed and it passed them all. No issues. Even with UPS scamming me for extra duty / import charges to Canada, it was still a great bargain.

Hi, Kevin, glad we were able to be of service to you. We sell only Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron original modules, the same as Lenovo, IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco, Supermicro, Fujitsu use, but without their expensive label! Glad we were able to save you some money, but sorry about your experience with UPS! Hopefully, that got resolved.

Great prices and one of the best customer support I've ever seen!

It all started because I didn't wanted to spend 200 dollars for a 16GB original hp memory stick. I came across memory.net and saw that you can get the same model for $88. I then wrote to the support if this model is really the right one because it is so cheap. I was then very competently advised, they even helped me to fix a mistake in my current memory configuration. I have ordered 2 of the memory sticks and am really looking forward to their arrival. Gladly Again!

Nicholas, really glad we had what you were looking for. The manufactures (Cisco, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, etc.) buy the same Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron modules we do, then put their label on it, and charge you ridiculously higher prices just for that label. Glad people are seeing though that and are getting the exact same memory at Memory.NET without the expensive labels!

Good selection of memory modules, poor customer service

I have pruchased from memory.net a number of times and the online purchase experience is pleasant, parts availability is great and the shipment is fast. On the other hand, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've had my orders mixed up on one occasion. Another time they didn't mark the customs documentation correctly so UPS charged me 57$ on a returned item. They also refused to honor their warranty for a faulty memory module within the warranty time.
If you are lucky and thing go smoothly it's a great place to find memory modules. But in my limited experience there just have been too many headaches and I personally can't trust their warranty claims anymore so unfortunately I won't be going back.

Everything works great, fast delivery

Good day.
Was at first scared to purchase from this web-site, but decided to give it a try. Went ahead and purchase 34 sticks of HPE ram for over than $5k.
The RAM is working correctly so far and displays as HPE original smart ram.
Will order again.

Shipped to Africa - Quick and Reliable

We ordered around 30 memories from them, to be shipped to our company, in Africa. The process was smooth, we got the memories fast, considering our expectations, and the product is well-packaged and in perfect conditions.

Great experience. They are our go-to company to buy memories from.

Very good customer experience and low costs

I was puzzled by the low cost of a relatively hard to find and expensive memory I needed for my workstation and the fact that seemed that nobody rated this company. I thought that perhaps there was some risk in ordering but I have to say that memory.net:

- delivers the products very fast
- its prices are very low: I needed an ECC DRAM and I paid about half of the other prices that I had found from other resellers with lots of reviews
- customer care is top notch: there was a problem with delivery to Europe and they managed to solve it in collaboration with the transporter, keeping me up to date in every single step of the process.

Given this very god experience I like to recommend this company and I think that I'll order again from them.

Minimal online presence, yet a 5 star experience.

I spent half a day deciding if I wanted to order from this company. I stumbled on them from Google and spent time investigating and double checking their website. They had the memory I was looking for for only $16! 1/3rd the price of a larger competitor for the same thing. The problem is, they have 0 internet presence other than their website! Nearly no reviews to be found, I may have found 2 total, and 1 is already on Trust Pilot! It was hard to tell if this was a reputable company because of the lack of internet presence other than the well done and detailed website. No Youtube videos, Facebook, Twitter, Google reviews, nothing. Yet a solid website and a customer service line that answers. This is something they HAVE TO AGGRESSIVELY LOOK TO CHANGE, THEY NEED REVIEWS. I went so far as double checking they were a registered company in the state of California. Their return policy stated that UNOPENED items could be returned but OPENED ONES could NOT BE. This made doing business with them all the more risky, because if their website is incorrect regarding the compatibility, I'd be beat. I decided to take a risk on them, ready to charge back the order if there was a SINGLE OUNCE of fraudulence. Not only was what I ordered compatiable with my system just as their website said it was, but it was packaged VERY SECURELY in LAYERS of bubble wrap. It was packaged like a solid company would! It was shipped out the same day as my order was placed. I received a receipt via email as soon as I placed my order, and got the UPS tracking number within hours of order. The information on their website was accurate from top to bottom. It gave me all the data points I needed to double and triple check compatibility, and it fit my system perfectly. This company is doing itself an injustice because I know for a fact they are losing customers because people cannot tell if they are reputable. Years in business and no easily found reviews or content? I was willing to pay a competitor triple the price JUST for peace of mind because I knew they were known and well documented in the computer space. I couldnt find hardly ANY dialogue about Memory.net. I had to do way to much work to take a risk on them, JUST for them to turn around and give me a perfect buying experience? It's actually very frustrating that they dont have reviews YET they are a top notch Memory company. They have to fix this. They need to do whatever is needed to get visible reviews from their customers. That needs to be priority #1 for them. Some people are not going to take the risk I did nor should they without total confidence they are dealing with a real company. I was buying with reservations and not confidence, but they delivered. All in all. Great company, but they absolutely have to be more present online, its unacceptable if they have been in business as long as they claim yet havent set up or encouraged Google reviews. Youtube videos, Google reviews, pictures of staff on the website, they need ALL THAT!! Otherwise alot of potential customers will decide not to buy and rightfully so. I dont mind if yall have a staff of 3 people or something, doesnt matter to me, I just need to know I'm dealing with a reliable company! I almost want to give them 4 stars for the time I spent researching and finding nothing about them. But I will give them 5 in hopes they will invest in developing that online presence because they provided a pleasant experience otherwise! I want more people to buy with them! Buy with confidence.

Hi, Kevin,
What a GREAT review!
Thank you, for taking the time to send this to Trustpilot, and us!
We are working on our online customer experience, and will be releasing a new version of our website that will take into consideration many of the points you mentioned.
We have been so busy growing, that this is one area that we certainly could have done a better job addressing.
Sincere thanks, for your time, and please do not hesitate to contact me directly, if you have any future memory needs.

All the best,

Honest company, excellent customer service, and quick shipping!

Honest company, quick shipping, and original parts backed by a lifetime warranty.

This company was one that I found on a quick google search and I'm glad I went with them instead of Amazon and etc. They cost a few more dollars than other suppliers (for certain parts, not all) but they provide excellent customer service and offer a lifetime replacement warranty, something which no other supplier of OEM memory seems to offer.

I am writing this review as there aren't really any other reviews available for this merchant. It took me a while to do some research on the merchant and I figured this would help others save some time and make a decision more quickly.
