Ordered on Friday

Ordered on Friday - arrived on Monday - but had to pay 14.95 for this. It did say next day delivery so I thought it would arrive on Saturday - no. Disappointing as it was for my mother's birthday on the Sunday. Beware if order on Friday it is not "next day delivery". I would not have paid the 14.95 if I had known this.

Very fast, efficient & well priced

Very fast & efficient with good products fairly priced. I ordered 6 photo frames. One arrived with the glass broken. I emailed then and they immediately apologised and send a replacement sheet of glass.

I will definitely have no hesitation in using the company again.

Disappointed

Disappointed - ordered 3 frames that were unfortunately the wrong size (totally my fault) so reordered increasing the quantity to 4. Company were unwilling to provide a prepaid label for return even though my second order was for more money. When I queried whether I’d understood correctly all I got back was ‘yes,that’s correct’ - no customer service skills. It is probably going to cost an extortionate amount for me to send back then it would be for the company to arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label. Although the frames I ordered seem ok quality I do believe they are very overpriced and clearly the company are all about money making. A lost customer in me that could have potentially spent a lot more money in the future.

Top quality product and service

The quality and look of the frames is really really good. Also the sevice I received was second to none I was able to get frames to the sizes I needed and delivered very promptly. Very happy customer

Terrible Service and Terrible Quality

Firstly, frames took two weeks to arrive, having been told 3-5 days delivery. Impossible to get through to any customer service team even though they give a Whatsapp number and an email address it took 48 hours for anyone to get back to me. I only received the items once I filled out a claim form via PayPal as that is the method I paid with.
Complicated return Process - you have to dig around on the site to find how to do this. You can't just send the item back,,, again, you have to wait for a customer service person to tell you its ok to send back and give you a return address.
Shoddy service... I should have checked before I bought. Says return/refund process can take up to 30 days...all I can say is thank god I paid via Paypal so I have payment security. Will not be shopping with this firm again. Total shambles - mediocre poor quality goods.

great product and fab customer service

I ordered a frame which was needed for a gift for a relative overseas and due to the unusual size, I was finding it hard to find a good option so time was getting very tight. I placed my order and phoned up to speak to customer service who were brilliant and arranged a speedy delivery in order for me to receive it in time for my flight. The frame was lovely, really good quality and I'd definitely order again.

Good product good customer service

Well, At Christmas I ordered a frame and the courier company crushed it although it was well wrapped. Within 48 hours Memory box had replaced it. Very positive customer service. Since then I've bought two or three more frames as part of a project and they've been prompt and perfect.
