I recently ordered Memorial cards, Wallet cards, large Bookmarks & Acknowledgement cards from Memorial Cards Services in Finglas, in memory of my Mam who passed away unexpectedly in May. My experience was extremely positive from the onset, I mostly dealt with Tony but had some interaction with Tom, both thorough gentlemen who are friendly, helpful and caring, its obvious customer service is at the forefront of what they do. A full generous sample pack with a brochure and impressive samples were posted to my home before the process began, and the lines of communication were maintained throughout. There is a wide range of templates and verses to choose from for each product, so I was able to order religious memorial cards, and non religious large book marks, wallet cards with a beautiful beachy scene, so I had something for everyone, I wanted to add my own poems/ personal touches to them to honour my Mam and this was encouraged by Tony who showed great empathy and emotional intelligence, he sent me regular proofs and made any relevant changes until I was completely happy with the end result.
When I received my order in the post I was absolutely delighted with the quality of everything.

Tony was so helpful and help me decide what I wanted for my granny memorial cards when I wasn’t really sure. I ordered online and forgot to add a picture they emailed me and asked for pictures . They kept me informed at every stage and before the finished my order they sent duplicate to see was I happy with my order . Very quick service .

This is an extremely difficult task for anyone to do for a loved one but Tony was so kind and emphatic, talking me through the process. Once all the details were decided, the service was very efficient and the cards were delivered within 5 days.
