It’s been several weeks since I placed my order but the item is still not shipped. This item is $1300. I would expect this sooner or at least some clearer information and updates on shipping timelines.

I am very pleased with the product I ordered. I love it! The delivery was flawless and very professional. I would highly recommend Memoky.

Our order was lost in shipment through no fault of Memoky. Jacob was instrumental in finding the product we ordered and getting it delivered to us undamaged. Now that we have it, we love the product and would recommend Memoky. We would definitely order again from this company. Thank you Jacob!

Memoky has great customer service people, a special shout out to Patty who has helped me make multiple purchases, answers questions and represents Memoky well.

Memoky is competitively priced, even though they are based in New York I have bought Furniture from them more than once because of their pricing.

They’re also very prompt in their shipping and if there’s an issue, they communicate with you and try to help you understand what’s going on and help you get it delivered.

I will definitely be shopping at Memoky again, it’s a company you can trust.

I was unfamiliar with Memoky when I discovered they sell the same brass barstools as Pottery Barn. PB sells them for $499 each while Memoky sells them for $399 and was also offering me 20% off their pricing as a new customer. I know Pottery Barn is expensive but I also know their products are high quality. These were unmistakably the same barstools being offered by Memoky. Too good to be true? I did my homework on the business-with-a-weird-name just as you are right now and thought I'd give them a chance. I am so glad I did. Their customer service is 5-star. My barstools arrived today and are fantastic. I am very satisfied with what I paid. You can trust this company. Great quality and fairer pricing than I was able to find elsewhere.

It took three (3) delivery drivers to get my cabinet in the house. Flawless execution, very professional. Item arrived packaged very well. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I ordered the Four Hands Hawkins Dining Chair from Memoky and absolutely in love with the product and the customer service from this company. I ordered my dining chairs and from the time I ordered to delivery. The communication was Amazing and their response times are extremely fast! I would definitely purchase from this company again.

The outdoor coffee table I ordered arrived damaged. This table is from an excellent brand name and is a beautiful piece. However it is manufactured and shipped from Vietnam; unfortunately, the packaging was woefully inadequate, causing the edge of the table to have a significant chip of over 4 inches.
The stress of discovering this was huge. However, thanks to Patricia Trotta's responsiveness, kind understanding and effort, all has been made right. Thank you again, Patty!

Best customer service ever! I needed a bedframe quickly and they responded right away and helped with getting the shipping expedited at no extra cost. Even called to follow up after delivery to make sure everything was good. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience with Memoky's customer service.

My order arrived as scheduled, albeit damaged. The Customer Service at Memoky is bar none. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that the second sideboard was promptly reordered, delivered in a timely manner and the transaction met my expectations. I don’t have sufficient accolades for the professional and personal manner in which the situation was dealt with by Memoky. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for quality furniture, competitively priced and backed by an extraordinary company. 5 ⭐️s!

I ordered a beautiful console from Memoky. It was on backorder, but they made sure I got it as soon as it was available. Great company, and they answered my phone calls with questions. I didn’t even have to push a million buttons to talk with someone. Really nice people!

I ordered a coffee table from this site over other sites because it was on sale. Only AFTER I ordered it and it charged me, did a confirmation email tell me it was wayy back ordered. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded within an hour of placing the order and have not yet heard back on next steps and it has been several business days, BEWARE OF THIS SITE. Their communication is awful.

UPDATE: right after posting, manager called me and insured the order was cancelled and refunded and provided explanation for the rep not getting back to me. Much appreciated on my end of things to get this resolved!

Company did something I have not experienced in a long time from a business. They were nice, actually answered my questions and promptly.

Amazing experience from start to finish!!! I ordered two extra desks for my business and it was delivered and installed earlier than I was promised. The quality of the desks exceeded my expectations by a mile. All my inquiries prior to purchasing and delivery were addressed immediately. I will definitely return for my home furnishings really soon!!! Just a real pleasure doing business with Memoky!!!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness to the problem of damage to a shipment I received. Memoky was professional and pleasant in resolving the issue; a replacement piece was sent promptly. I couldn't have been more satisfied by their response, and the quality of the wood and leather chair I ordered honestly exceeded my expectations. I'll order form them again.
