We’ve double-checked your order and can confirm that it has now been delivered safely and in good condition. We completely understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As mentioned on our website, deliveries can take up to 10 business days after processing, and occasional delays can unfortunately occur due to periods of high order volume or circumstances involving our delivery partners. In this case, your order arrived after 11 business days, and while we understand that this was longer than expected, we hope you can take the circumstances into consideration.

We fully respect your experience and your right to leave honest feedback. At the same time, reviews have a significant impact on a small business like ours, so we always appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns and make sure our customers are satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that, from an end consumer’s perspective, it can sometimes be difficult to see the amount of work, thought, and development that goes into creating a shirt.

We put considerable thought into every aspect of our products — from developing the cuts and fits ourselves to creating and refining our own designs. Our aim is to offer something beyond a basic T-shirt with a print added to it. We use carefully sourced heavyweight cotton and focus on creating garments that maintain their quality, shape, and feel even after extensive use.

We collaborate with fabric designers, graphic designers, and brand designers throughout the development process. For us, maintaining a high standard across both the garment and the design is a priority, and we want to make sure that every product reflects the quality and level of detail we aim for as a brand.

Shopping with smaller, independent businesses is also a different experience from shopping with large high-street brands. Larger brands benefit from producing at much higher volumes, while smaller businesses produce in more limited quantities, allowing us to focus more on quality, design, and the details behind each product. This can mean a slightly higher price, but it also means supporting independent businesses and choosing products that have been thoughtfully developed rather than mass-produced.

We appreciate your feedback and will also take it into consideration when thinking about how we communicate the value and development behind our products to the end consumer.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase, but we would like to clarify a few points for transparency.

We put considerable work into our garments, including developing the cuts and fits ourselves, as well as creating and developing our own designs. Our aim is to offer something beyond a basic blank T-shirt with a print added to it, using sourced heavy-weight cotton. We genuinely regret that the product did not meet your personal expectations. Of course, you are completely entitled to feel that way, and we respect your decision to return the item and receive a refund.

Regarding returns, return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer. This is clearly outlined in our returns policy on our website and is available to review before an order is placed. We refunded the full value of the shirt, less the discount that was applied to your original order. As stated in our policy, the original shipping cost was not included in the refund. We understand that this may not be the expectation of every customer, but we do our best to ensure our policies are communicated as clearly as possible.

We feel it is important to mention that our products receive very positive feedback from many of our customers, and we stand behind the quality, design, and work that goes into them. While we understand that the product may simply not have been right for you, we were therefore disappointed to see a 1-star review, particularly as we have provided a full refund of the shirt in accordance with our returns policy.

Nevertheless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve.
