Should be able to give 0 stars

Should be able to give 0 stars. This company is a total fake/scam. Charged me $150 and said it will be shipped 3-5 business days, when I inquired 3 weeks later, they said they’re running behind. It’s been 3 months and now they don’t respond. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Light and Airy, shipping took forever.

This is an Update to my previous review:

It will remain 3 stars for the time being potentially going to 5 depending on the product itself.

Finally after 2 1/2 months received my order of a blanket.

The blanket is quite light and airy, and very comfortable. Doesn't seem to overheat me at all and I run warm during the night.

I'll add a star later down the line based on durability.

Disappointed

My first order got lost. My second order did arrive in a much more timely manner. First night I slept with the pillow, woke up with a serious headache. Afraid to try it again. 😞

Great Customer Service

I ordered a comforter along with four pillows and pillowcases. The comforter arrived quickly, but when the pillows didn’t, I started to worry. I reached out to customer service and initially received an automated response, which honestly made me nervous. However, shortly after, I received a sincere follow-up email apologizing for the auto response and explaining that the pillows were on backorder. They gave me the option to cancel for a full refund or wait. I decided to wait, hoping for the best—and I am beyond grateful that I did.
I absolutely LOVE my pillows and comforter. The quality and comfort exceeded my expectations in every way. What started as concern turned into complete satisfaction. I was bracing for disappointment, but instead I received something I truly adore. So worth the wait!

Mellow sleep is a scam!

This company sent updates and said my order was ready to ship, then went radio silent. No confirmation, no tracking! Waited 5 days /‘d msged customer service. I was met with excuses and lies all while they continue to promote the product to ship before my “back order” would be fulfilled. They have sense went radio silent again and i have emailed multiple times. Save yourself the headache and the money!

Mellow Sleep Is Untrustworthy

Mellow agreed to cancel order and refund money before shipping and label creation due. They said you will get credited to your card within 10-15 days. None of this happened as they lied, created label and now shipping regardless of repeated emails requesting to stop shipment. Nothing was credited to my card. They stopped communicating regarding this request. This company is not to be trusted. I have never had a problem with any other company when cancelling an order due to 10 days no movement on order or notification. Another pillow was bought out of necessity and expediency. Believe all the negative feedback you read from other customers as this company does not care about people. They are difficult to work with and ignore emails.

Unethical Company

Horrible company, unethical and charging me more than what I am supposed to pay. Their customer service is awful, never reply or respond to any emails . And make excuses every time. Everyone who works here are unethical people

Pillows smell terrible

Pillows took like two months to come. One came the first month, the other two the second. Pillows smell god awful. I've been airing it out for two weeks already and it still smells. I'll have to return them.

Mellow sleep is horrible

Mellow sleep is horrible. I ordered 2 months ago and no blanket. When i tried to get the order rectified support wasn’t even trying to help me. They said I would have to wait another six weeks for my order or I can have the white color and all they were gonna offer as $10 in credit. They recently had an Easter sale. I simply asked if they are giving me the white in place of the order, to provide me the Easter deal “2 free hotel pillows” and they refused for 5 days. And then the day after the sale ended they refunded my order as store credit only and didn’t even give me the full amount to place a new order.

Horrible customer service

After a month, I did a chargeback. They say they wont give me a refund until I withdraw the chargeback, but then I have no assurance I will get anything. Been corresponding for 46 days and am still trying to get a refund or the product. They shouldn’t sell products they don’t have in stock.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The delivery of my order was delayed so long that I canceled it and asked for a refund, then they shipped it the next day. I slept on the pillow for one night and woke up with a sore neck, so I again asked for a refund, but they never responded to my request until filed a claim thru PayPal. Only then did they respond with return instructions. I shipped the pillow back and they received it, but then they came up with several stipulations for me to get my refund (minus a 15% processing fee), none of which made any sense. PayPal did all they could, but eventually closed my claim because Mellow had received my return. So I filed another claim against them thru my bank, Capital One. After a few days, my bank reversed the charge to cover my refund because Mellow never responded to their inquiry. This company is a scam!

This is the worse company I have ever…

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! Order and charged on 3/13. No other than order confirmed. On 3/21 I inquired and after several emails back and forth I was told I would receive info by 3/25. Did not receive therefore I canceled the order and disputed cc charge. Advised again on 3/28 the order was cancelled. Received email from Amazon Shipping on 3/31 the package was running late. Reviewed tracking, label created 3/28 and picked up on 3/31. All this was after the order was cancelled. Mellow was aware of the cc charge back on 3/25 and still decided to continue with the order. Please read the reviews of this company before ordering. BEWARE !!

Back again- Even more dissatisfied

Back again - Even more dissatisfied

After posting my review here the company reached out trying to "make it right". Telling me they will send me a white comforter (I ordered grey) immediately and a free pillow. BUT... ONLY if I canceled the dispute w my CC. Sketchy at best considering the pillows they "sent" are still waiting to be picked up by the courier 4 days after sending me the shipping confirmation.

I emailed back saying I would cancel the dispute when ALL of my items are in transit. Guess who never responded?

This company is committing consumer fraud and I would not be at all shocked if they are shut down. DO NOT ORDER THEIR ITEMS!

Was charged and did not get the merchandise

The charged my card for the pillow I ordered on March 24and never sent the pillow. It is now April 4. I looked at my order. Just says preparing order. I contacted customer service four times. I feel like AI is answering their emails.

I sent another email asking for a refund.

We shall see but my suggestion is don't order from this place.

Poor Availability and shipping

The products were awesome. The shipping and availability was not. It took forever to ship my items. And one of my items never even did ship. I had to cancel and get a refund. I got my refund on my card and was supposed to get $15 in Shop cash and only got $5
