I was skeptical thinking it was just hype but I absolutely love the products I ordered. Already about to purchase more for my parents. After reading some reviews I’m shocked that I received my order less than a week later… ordered the double stuffed comforter and two align pillows. It’s a headache to wash the comforter but I still love it! I wish the shell was made out of natural fiber like cotton or linen but it is incredibly soft.

The customer service was extremely responsive and helpful with the small issue I haved. The products are comfortable, really love the pillow. The only problem would be that they take a while to ship all the items. Overall everything is good.

Almost 3 weeks and not shipped. Customer service has stated they would give me an update and they didn’t. I had to follow up twice and was offered a 20% coupon and still no response for when my order would be shipped. Why would i order again when the first order hasn’t been shipped.

It took a very long time to get my second item I ordered at the same time. I had to contact them about it, but once I did they where quick to respond and got me order to me within a week. Great customer support!!!

Getting a refund was very difficult. I had to threaten them with reporting to my credit card, BBB, AG & ftc. I got the refund after about a month and 10 emails.

Bait and switch with this is in stock but as soon as money is given, out of stock. Shipped me pillow cases immediately and weeks later still waiting on the pillows. Shipped me one of three pillows ordered and it is horrible. Pillow goes flat immediately and the cooling lasts about 5 mins and then is just like every other pillow, hot. Order placed on 4/20/26 with all items showing available but still waiting on part of the order. Customer service takes days to respond.

Huge scam!!! My sister bought one last year and loves it. She always washes it at my house since I have a big wash tub. I finally decided to order one. It came Monday, I took it out and put it in the wash. Hung to dry. The material is all bunched up leaving the corners loose and hanging. I took a picture to send to the company to say I must have a defective comforter and they are just saying it’s due to my washer and has nothing to do with their product. The same size gets washed in my washer regularly with no issues! I am so frustrated and you have to pay them more to return it. A complete joke and terrible customer service. I genuinely liked the comforter, I clearly got a defective one and they are blaming it on something I did.

The team was extremely helpful and got back to me quickly. They were ready to expedite the missing item to make up for the missed stake until I realized the warehouse actually placed the order pillow case on the floor pillow for us. Thank you Mellow Team for being so awesome! My wife absolutely loves her pillow and is sleeping so wonderfully now!!

Although my order initially arrived with an issue, I truly appreciate how professionally and kindly the company handled everything afterward. Their customer service team was understanding, responsive, and willing to make things right without giving me a hard time. They listened to my concerns, especially regarding my pregnancy and the long shipping delay, and quickly offered a replacement solution. Mistakes can happen with any company, but great customer service is what really matters, and they did a great job resolving the situation. Thank you again for your help and professionalism!

This company is a complete scam. Do not order anything from them, ever. My wife was completely scammed and then ignored. They are quick to process your credit card and never respond to inquiries or ship any products. I am an attorney and am considering a class action suit representing those who have been scammed by this company.

I had to compromise from my original order just to get something shipped. I recieved numerous emails stating that my order was packed and ready to ship. And it never was, I complained and eventually I was offered white blankets instead because they could ship immediately. I read past reviews and people had to wait months to get an order. These were gifts. I ordered two sand color blankets but had to settle for two white ones that are easy to get dirty. They did pitch in two pillows but I would have liked to get my sand color blankets. The product itself is great but the ordering, excessive not true emails and lack of being able to fullfil my order was very bad.

They do not ship your items. I have beem waiting months. They send the same response 7 to 10 business days over and over again do not trust.

First night of good sleep I can remember!! I have been weary about buying pillows because they never seem to work. But I slept through the night and woke up without a stiff neck. I did have issues with the delivery process but I reached out to customer service and they handled it perfectly.

This company is a scam! I ordered a pink comforter in February 2026 and after 2 months and my product not arriving I emailed them and asked what was going on? They responded a few days later saying that they were completely out of stock. So I asked nicely to cancel my order and get a refund so a few days later they cancelled my order. It is May 13 th 2026 and I have NOT received my refund STILL.
This company was so fast to charge my account and now 4 months later I still have not received my refund or any other kind of emails explaining anything. Don't do business with this company its a scam!!!

While I am enjoying the Sleep Mask, the entire process was a bit less than stellar. During several back and forth email exchanges, I discovered that if you order through Instagram, etc. you are going through a third party - so offers that are being shown (in my case, Free Shipping) do not necessarily transfer over to your order — nor will the company honor them. I found this disappointing, needless to say.

Super comfy pillow, helped my neck pain a lot.

Shipping is horribly slow. I paid $19.99 for a cooling pillowcase that never came, customer service said it was already put on. In a sealed box. But I ordered grey and there was no grey one. The cooling blanket was nice to touch but ended up making me sweat worse than usual, so it's a fail. I do like the pillow but my neck has been hurting, it's a bit too high I think.
