This is a very suspicious website and company. They start with an Ad that lures you into buying their product- Hinoki essential oil that supposedly give you extreme Focus and magical powers for learning. Then they drop ship the product with a completely different name from an Amazon Warehouse address and the Seller info missing. They claimed that the product they shipped was a replacement for what I ordered. Would not take the return unless I shipped the product back to Malaysia? This just does not add up! I see others have had the identical complaint!!

This is not an honest website. I ordered a product by the name of Laeise and received instead another one by the name of Essential Oil Aromatherapy. they claim it is a replacement but it is not. They never asked whether we would accept the so called replacement. After I contacted them I was told I could either send the product back to Malaysia at my cost to get full refund or keep what they shipped and get a 25% refund. I don't recommend using thiese people for false advertising and lack of honesty.

I ordered the Sepheur fragrance for $38.00. They sent me a Lotus fragrance. When I tried to exchange it for the fragrance I actually ordered, they told me they would offer a 15% refund because the Lotus fragrance is the same as the Sepheur. Really? So there's false advertising of product ingredients, as well! I told them I didn't want the product. It stinks; smells like cheap soap. They said I'll have to pay return shipping...to China. That costs more than the product. So the company sent me a product I didn't order & still expects me to pay return shipping to get the product I actually ordered. Don't take a chance on getting scammed by these people.
