I’m so happy that I followed through with this program

Honestley, I have just started (4 days?) with the MellowFlow app (or website, my App Store doesn’t have the app -> iOS Netherlands). But up till now I have been following the programme and am positive about the way it works. My English isn’t at a top level anymore but I understand everything they tell and ask me to do, give good and structive exampels and I can easely write the answers, they don’t care if you make mistakes, just keep writing, think, reflect and write down your thoughts. It helps me look at my procrastination points (and boy, there are many) but still I manage to do the assignememts every day, also the extra’s like “boosting menthal health” and “first aid” plus other exercises help me calm my mind & soul, I take it step by step, day by day. I have a burn-out and I know myself quite well, it feels like this programme realy knows me too and it is realy very helpfull to gain sight of myself!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Avoid them at all costs. They manage somehow to take your money before you sign up and then start a recurring debit that you can’t cancel and the bank won’t do anything about it. It’s a scandel.

I like that it’s easy to understand and use. I have even noticed a little improvement in my attitude.

I cancelled subscription a few months ago yet they just charged me again yesterday.
Disgusted with this Company.
My email that I used to sign up and was receiving replies worked fine.
As soon as I cancelled, my email to them bounces back!!

Aug 5, 2025. Terrible experience. I logged in and made the payment, but the next time I couldn't log in or recover my password, I was charged again. I asked the site for help, and they helped me log in, but they didn't refund me. I also didn't like the content. Bad in every way.

You asked me to share my contact details, but I've already sent you two emails to that address, and it's been over two weeks and YOU HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. Mellow Flow sucks in every way.

Take heed, this is a particularly cruel company. I had difficulty logging in to the service as a new subscriber and eventually gave up on their service. I let them know about my problems, but this did not stop them from claiming a recurring payment that was about 5 times the original trial amount. No response to emails about this. I am a pensioner, suffer from CFS of which procrastination is a symptom (presume this is what they rely on for their ‘money for nothing’ business model). I have cancelled/closed my credit card but this may not stop them from delving in again in a months time. Scam? AVOID. CRUEL PEOPLE.

I was unable to cancel through the app, and when it came time for the renewal, they charged me. I then requested to cancel my subscription and refund the charge through support. They refused and quoted their lengthy refund policy multiple times, which borders on psychotic, preying on a procrastinator's worst fears. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency.

SCAM horrible experience with this app - fraudulent charges and almost impossible to cancel subscription

Never agreed to monthly charges this is a scam! Never purchased an app have no login or info so far $100 charged.

This is very helpful, it helps me to stay organised and focused.

I tried to cancel my subscription from within the app, which didn't work. Then I tried to contact them through the contact form in the app, which didn't work either. As a last resort I emailed customer service. Before I got a reply the subscription was automatically renewed and $189 was paid through PayPal. I have emailed them immediately, but got replies that made it seem they didn't understand the situation. So then I tried getting my money back through PayPal, but apparently MellowFlow told them I only cancelled after the renewal, so now the case is closed and I am not getting my money back. I keep emailing customer service from MellowFlow, but they are no longer responding. SCAM

Update: also no response from the lady who asked here to contact her.....

The addressing of procrastination is important. MellowFlow gives me a structure within which to work on correcting that behavior. I am at a point in my life now that I have retired from Corporate America that I can unmask and become my true self. This tool is an excellent addition to the change tool kit.

I paid for a one time only periode but after one month they withdrew 4 times the amount for something I never signed up for. I wrote them several mails but no reply. I consider this to be scam.

The first time I found something that made a difference in my way of operating.
In a week I experienced change in my progression. Small tasks get done easily. Things I used to put off and then it builds up to huge tasks.

It is valuable to me to unpack thoughts as it gives tremendous perspective and to just realign with my inner self. It is also helpful to consciously direct myself into a better realm of myself.

I think it’s important to understand our behaviors before we can improve ourselves. Mellow Flow does just that.

I have not received any emails since 01.03.25 but Mellowflow has been taking £47 from my bank account every month. This is not the amount to which I agreed when I set up my subscription. And furthermore, the invoice for this month states that the amount to be taken is $23.51 which equates to £17.60. When I try to sign in to the app I am unable to do so because clicking on the 'login' button produces no result. I wish to end my subscription and receive a refund for the amount charged over and above the agreed subscription each month. This comes to £147.00 for the five months from March to July inclusive.

I'm quite skeptical about online products to induce change but Mellow Flow asks good questions, it's a short sharp daily activity with variety and options and I'm enjoying it. It's happening!
