The owner lacks adequate communication skills and customer service. Upon expressing immense dissatisfaction with the products AND delivery time, I was met with a nasty attitude and even nastier comments and other racial micro aggressions. She clearly doesn’t value customers or maybe just customers OF COLOR. 1/10 - would not recommend. Patronize with businesses that respect you and your money!

Not impressed with after sales service
I have arthritis in my right thumb and wrist and I explained this to the Doctor and said I needed something for the pain. I was advised by the Dr that if I have the oil with THC it can be detected I could not afford to lose my job or drivers license so on the Drs recommendation I went for the oil with turpins. Unfortunately it did not work at all I still have the same level of pain. I contacted the Dr and was advised I needed the stronger one with THC ( obviously he didn’t look at my notes) for $450. I had just paid $350 for the oil that was useless. When I replied I couldnt afford to spend that much again there was a long silence. No offer of a sample of trying to help me through this. Worst company ever!!!
I ordered Mello delta 8 gummies on 6/2/22 and they were never dropped off to the post office. I’ve contacted every email possible and even messaged on Instagram with no response! I had to file a claim with my bank because of their poor business practice and customer service.

The doctors at hello mello are excellent. The phone consultation is thorough and the recommended medication is spot on. The follow up is the best we have ever experienced. I They listen to your needs and the medication works. I take capsules and my partner the oil. Its So easy and so efficient. Your medication arrives 3 days later via the post. total waste of time and money
total waste of time and money. Ive been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep so i thought id try cbd. It said that the store was here in cincinnati so i figured it would get to me fast. NOPE! Never got it and this after i ordered from amazon and that package arrived early. Seems like the only way to get anything with any kind of reliability is to order from amazon.

Poor distribution - and order and a reorder almost a month later and no delivery

Let me start by saying I will definitely be buying more very soon. Today marks 2 weeks since I have been taking this and I noticed some reduction in pain within the first few days. Now there is definitely pain reduction and some visible reduction in the inflammation on my wrist. The pain isn't gone but it is definitely getting better.

It works better the longer you wait before swallowing. The first week I was using it 3x day. Felt a bit better, thought may be placebo effect. The next week I painted the trim on my house!! That would NEVER have occurred before using this product!! Very happy with the results so far!

Great product. I sleep very consistently after using mello cbd oil. No more waiting hours for sleep mode to kick in. I have been getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night ever since I have started taking the natural cbd oil. I also use the topical for aches and pains.

My pain level did not change in any way also relief from swelling discomfort and fatigue did not change. I still didn't sleep much at night like I would wished for. So I'm disappointed because I so want to stop feeling like this or at least at least get some relief

Love that the cbd oil is all natural and quite easy to take. I have not been sleeping great due to stress (kids, new environment, etc. ). I have heard all of this chatter about CBD oil and finally caved to see if it was as great as everyone says. I take it under my tongue and hold it for at least 2 mins. thought it may have been a placebo the first night but I really have been sleeping better.. Felling more at ease at night rather having my head racing and becoming exhausted beyond relief in the morning.
