Melian Hair - Inexistent Customer Care Service

Forget this "company"; don't even buy a clip from them!

One year after I bought a Mellian hair drier, less than half the warranty period, the power cable just blew! I repeatedly requested assistance by mail and through their website but never got a response.
Customer care doesn´t simply exist!!!...
I wonder if this the reason why Amazon removed the company from their site, and do not accept comments/evaluations about them!
