I cannot describe how grateful we are to Melios and Kim specifically for conducting our sons ADHD assessment. She was understanding, patient and empathetic and really validated our son. He felt able to explain his difficulties and he really felt listened to and understood. From start to finish, everything about this assessment was low stress, from information gathering to attending the assessments. Being in the comfort of our own home for this assessment really allowed our son to be his authentic self. I would recommend to anyone that is in the position to be able to afford the assessments to do so. He was facing an NHS waiting list of over 4 years, with Melios he received his assessment and subsequent diagnosis within two months. If you are on the fence about this, my advice is to go for it. You won't regret it. Thank you so much to Melios and Kim for giving our son the validation he needed.

Great service
The whole diagnosis process for our daughter was handled brilliantly from start to finish by all 3 clinicians. They were kind, informative and brilliant with our daughter.

From start to finish melios were fantastic to deal with- the virtual service worked really well for my child and the expertise of dealing with children was evident throughout- throughly friendly, professional and timely - would recommend to any parent needing an ADHD or AUTISM assessment for their child- thank you

I’ve just started the process…
I’ve just started the process to be assessed for Autism and ADHD but I’m very pleased with how quickly things have been moving so far - much quicker than the 2 years I’ve been waiting on the NHS and still haven’t been seen for! Melios handled my daughters autism and adhd assessement with care We where made aware all the way through what was happening and when. They where incredibly patient and kind to her and helped us understand the whole diagnosis.

I highly recommend Melios
I highly recommend Melios. Being able to get a fast diagnosis rather than waiting years on the NHS waiting list has been a godsend for both my child and myself! Melios listened, put us at ease and I truly felt they cared. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Quick service for ADHD & ASD assessments
ADHD & ASD assessments were carried out within a few weeks and the process was clearly explained from start to end. Had a technical issue at the beginning (we weren't told in advance about browser requirements) but otherwise it went smoothly.

From start to finish, my experience with Melios has been incredibly positive. After my initial enquiry call, Melios were very quick to get me set up on their system so that I could fill in the required assessment questionnaires. Once they were completed, I was then given a call to set up the appointments which took place the next week. I had an adult combined assessment for ASD and ADHD. Although it was a very difficult and tiring week, the different clinicians could not have been more helpful and understanding. I was allowed the time to go through my experiences and never felt rushed. This was particularly helpful to me as I was so worried I would not get to go through everything that I needed to. In a matter of weeks I got my diagnosis for both ASD and ADHD and I can not explain the relief I feel. At 36 years old, I am now able to start the next chapter of my life with greater understanding of myself and my needs. Thank you Melios, amazing staff and service!

Superb, kind & friendly service
All admin and portal processes went smoothly, never any issues there so it was nice and easy in that respect. Full stars go to the service provided during the sessions, I felt like these alone were therapeutic. Paul went above and beyond to put the extra effort into understanding me on a personal level in order to provide the best service for me and I genuinely felt like he had a passion to do so. My only regret was not reaching out sooner. Many thanks and best wishes
