Every batch is hand-roasted using traditional slow drum roaster. All green beans we use are ethically sourced and can be traced back to coffee farms. We have our signature blends and premium single origin coffees, as well as tailored roast service for companies to make their own unique coffee blends. Our packaging is biodegradable and we are working to minimise our environmental impact. Top quality roastery - delicious Ethiopian coffee !

Abby at the Wembley roastery was very friendly, accommodating and helpful and she suggested I try the Ethiopian coffee based on my preferences for light roast espresso. Beans were all of high quality and uniformity and roasted 1 week prior making them ready to brew same day. This coffee was very easy to dial in (1st shot was near perfect) and produced a very clean, balanced and juicy espresso highlighting the notes mentioned on the website - smooth black tea and bergamot with subtle notes of blackberry and melon.
I think I’ve found my new favourite roastery ! Will definitely be going back to order more !

If i had to say something about their…

If i had to say something about their coffee is that i've never tasted something so aromatic before. Rich taste by chocolate, nuts and fruits. Besides the great coffee the guys at the roastery have created an incredible team, skilful and happy to share their knowledge. Good work guys keep spreading the love

Experts on roasting premium coffee

I've been buying my coffee beans from Meletius since 2020 and have tried almost all origins. They are experts on what they do and offer their services in a great price against the market.
