Liars
I have ordered a product described on their website like being in stock and there has been almost 3 weeks and the product is still not delivered. When contacted, they told me that they are sorry ;-( (which doesn't help at all). Liars - trying to sell their products promising things on stock that they don't exist.

I do not recommend even to my enemies! On the website it was written that the delivery is made in 5 days, but even after 17 days the order was not honored even though it was paid. I canceled the order because I was steamed on the phone, we deliver on Thursday or Friday at the latest and then in a week, after about 5 emails, notification, chat, I am now replying by email, again that they will surely deliver it by Tuesday at the latest 🤣which Tuesday? If you order, don't pay in advance, choose cash on delivery, at least that way you don't have to wait for your money to be returned and you don't lose anything

Very poor customer service, big prices
I ordered a product. I received a defective one. I asked what to do and received an answer in 4 days, that I can return it against the cost.
After I ordered it from emag melarox no longer sells it.
The same product costs 30-40% less elsewhere.

Do not trust Melarox.ro shop
Do not trust this shop, they take ages to deliver and the product is used and lacks sme parts. They only have customer support by email and they answer once a week, they dont say anything usefull about the problem they just tell you the law and thats all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

One month passed and waiting for the refund, no one is picking up the phone or replying to emails
There is no zero star rating to choose, you don't deserve more! My order #1173630 has been returned to Melarox on 13.07.2022 and since then I haven't received my money back. I have tried to reach you on the phone but I just don't get passed the waiting line. I got tired and there is also no reaction to my numerous emails . I will now contact the authorities and try to get my money back.
