horrible product - horrible. Damp, smells, and looks like zebra stripes.

Their return policy does not allow returns or refunds. Only store credit. None of tge jeans fit or looked like the ones in the photos. Buyer beware, you will be out money if you cannot find a pair that works.

The good old bait and switch that we've all gotten used to. The advertisement was great. The fabric looked to be quality material with some weight to it.

My order arrived a month later and the fabric is so skimpy, I might wear them as pajamas.

Definitely not ordering again.

I ordered shoes from this site in 2024 and got exactly what I ordered, so I placed another order this year... it took over 30 days to get the order, and when I did it was not even close to what I ordered. Junk is putting it nicely! Do not order from here.

Melari AKA Melarey (weird) is a completely fraudulent company. I’m convinced that any good reviews are fake. I ordered almost a month ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. My order has shown that it’s ready to ship for weeks but the company will NOT refund the money because they say it’s already shipped. I’ve read other reviews with the same issue. DO NOT BUY! Anyone who has had issues with them will need to mark the order as fraud with your bank so they will return the money.

I ordered a THOUSAND dollars worth of clothes April the FOURTH AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEM OR ANY TYPE REPLY FROM THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ! I want my
Money or my clothes as well as the two other Jean orders I made as well!! They also blocked me from emailing them

Honestly, a nightmare. I paid for expedited shipping. I tracked the items and they sat in New Jersey for a month. The company finally returned my expedited shipping charges. After almost 6 weeks I received what could only be considered laughable items. NOTHING I ordered was even close to what was advertised. Materials were cheap, sizes were off, clothes were just ugly. The quality was so poor I literally threw the items away. When I emailed the company I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. They should literally be shut down. Horrible doesn't come close. Website and FB reviews are deleted in order to scam more people. Save your money. Please.

0 stars! They are a complete scam! Ordered two pairs of jeans. Paid $78. They don’t look anything like the picture. The material is horrible and baggy. Took a month to be delivered And they don’t do returns 🤬. RUN FAR AWAY! Do not purchase anything from these scammers!

I was totally wronged, ordered a pair boots even paid for fast shipping supose to get in 3 to 5 day, took a month, boots doesn't look like boots in site, way big and to wide, when I contact them basically told me to bad nothing they can do, I would never do with them again

Absolutely horrible! The size small was really a fit for a size large person. The colors of the jeans did not match the description whatsoever and one pair of jeans were so dirty and old looking, it looked like they took them off a human being and stuck them in a bag to send to me. They did not even have tags on them. I really hope you guys read these reviews before you pay to purchase from this boutique. They are in Hong Kong and it’s Horrible quality. And they do not give refunds.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could! I bought a pair of jeans and the sizes were completely different than normal sizes. All I wanted to do was exchange sizes and because they were on sale that wouldn’t even let me exchange sizes which I believe is ridiculous! I thought about returning them because honestly they are made and feel very cheap but I knew with them being on sale that I couldn’t return them so I thought at least I can exchange for them to fit me but that have no intentions on helping a new customer out! DO NOT recommend!!

An absolute scam. Paid for the shoes on 12/15 an as of 12/30 the tracking updates stopped at 12/23 and the package has never left New Jersey. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Buyer Beware, I ordered shoes, definitely not what was shown in photo. Literally plastic shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/24/24 and here we are on 12/12/24 and the shipment status just now says they are getting ready to depart China…nearly 20 days after purchasing. I understand this is a foreign company and items take longer to ship, but this all feels a little sketchy and I’m unsure if I will even receive the product at this point. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered some distressed jeans from here. They looked cute in the pictures. I could not believe the quality when I received them. They are horrible!! I am 5’8” and these jeans are made for someone shorter and wider. They are cheaply made. I have tried to return them and they have been so difficult to work with. They want me to pay shipping to China. They said they would return $5.54 to me!! The audacity is unbelievable. I will NEVER order from here again. I have told my friends to stay away. I would recommend staying away from this boutique to everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is misleading and fraudulent! I would never order from them again! Be sure to read their return policy before ordering. They are based out of China so your clothes are much smaller than the size chart guide. I ordered a size up and they still do not fit. So they are at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised. The product takes over 2 weeks to receive since it’s coming from China. They do not care about customer satisfaction or making the customer happy. The only solution they offer is a 15% refund of the price excluding the shipping and tax. I highly encourage you to avoid supporting this fake company.

Terrible! I ordered two sizes of one pair of jeans and they don’t fit. Very cheap! I did not realize that all returns are store credit only! The jeans do not look anything like what is advertisies!

Material is very cheap, jeans do not look close to what is advertised, and shipping took 4 weeks!! Do not waste your money!!
