I haven't received my product yet, and the advertisement is inaccurate. It clearly says they are black-owned and that everything is made in the US. Upon tracking my package, it's in Italy at the airport. Help me understand

I just received my Melaninful premium zip-up hoodie. The print looks terrific, and the inside is plush and cozy warm. Zipper seems sturdy. I’m very pleased!

I have ordered from Melaninful multiple times and each time I have been excited to receive my purchase. They exceeded my expectations with my first order as I was unsure about what quality I would receive and after receiving my purchase I have been a customer every since. I ordered items for my family for Christmas and they were excited and impressed. I had one issue and they quickly resolved my concern to an unexpected level. Melaninful is just what we need during this time. Responsive, caring, fast acting customer service. Products of Great quality, representative of where we came from as a people and products that have immediate lasting powerful messages. I have 7 hoodies and I turn heads and get stopped and asked about my hoodies. I am honored to wear the clothing I purchased. Each one is worth every dollar spent. The customer service is A one top tier. Keep providing awesome products and awesome service.

I love ordering items from Melainiful. I've ordered throughout the years for my family. Whenever we go on family trips together we wear our black history hoodies. We have received so many compliments and have shared the website with anyone. The customer service representatives are extremely professional and nice. I will continue ordering

Disappointed....I took advantage of your ad; Buy 3 get 2 free. They only sent me the 3 I paid for super disappointed! They don't even respond to my emails 😞

Very helpful, I accidentally put the wrong size on my order and they had no problem helping me out and fixing the problem.

Like most, I was optimistic about ordering through Facebook as I’ve had my successes and failures. But the hoodie selection and designs were/are dope, so I went with it. Initially I was on the fence because I received 1 but not the other. I was extremely happy with the one I received but disappointed that I didn’t receive the other. Though through tracking it was not due to Melaninful. It was stuck in transit. Reached out to the shipping company and they basically said there wasn’t anything I could do but wait. So I took it as a loss. But again very happy with the 1st hoodie. Fast forward a few months later(I should have reached out to Melaninful but I didn’t) and I posted a picture with my hoodie on, on one of the product posts. One of the team members reached out to me appreciating how I put the hoodie and fit together. Very pleasant. Where it earned my 5 stars. While I had their attention I mentioned part of my order had been stuck in transit. They told me they’d look into it. They immediately found that it was stuck in transit and assured me I would receive a reship at no extra charge. I had even moved during this time and they had no problem sending it to my new address. Within a week or 2 I received the 2nd hoodie and like the 1st I’m very happy with it. If you’re trying to decide on ordering or not, I’m here to tell you to execute. Dope designs and solid product, and most important, very pleasant customer service. Very Much appreciated Melaninful!!! I will absolutely be ordering more.

Great products and amazing quality. I have 5 hoodies and I get stopped all the time by people asking me about them. Everyone who’s ever asked me about them always gives me good compliments then I always direct them to the website. Melaninful keep up the good work 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great quality, vibrant, and creative. There was great email communication along the way with updates and tracking information about my order. I’ve received numerous compliments on the full print tshirt that I purchased and hoodies I received previously as presents. 10/10 highly recommend.

When looking on the website Eye was glad that you have the clothes that shows black pride. When brothers and sisters see the tshirts they compliment the tshirt and Eye show them the tshirts and other clothing materials where they can purchase them. There were two elder wombmen who had seen the T-shirt and they complimented the shirt and Eye said you can go to melaninful. Eye had showed them the website and they have written down the website.

I love my Black & white Civil Rights shorts! They fit great & I love how they look. They're perfect.

While I'm currently waiting in my recent purchase, I was over the moon with both the style and the QUALITY of the inventors jacket my bestie got me for Christmas and had to find something for the husband...and of course his wife! Can't wait til they get here!

The designs are very interesting, and there will be one that you'll like. The ones that come with a fleece liner is pretty weighty and makes it feel as though you are really getting what you are paying for. The zipper is not definite, where sometimes if you are not careful when start the zipping process you may start a zipping gap, and have to start the process over. Pants appear to run small for the U.S., so you may want to step up to the next size for proper U.S. sizing. Overall, a very nice product. Great customer service.

I've been looking at your site( Melaniful) for at least 2 years, and finally decided to take the plunge! Prior to my encounter with Melaniful, I had been scammed many of times. To my surprise ya'll came through! I should've been done ordered. Anyways, I'm here now, and that's all that matters. Melaniful family ya'll have the gratuity of my heart!

Their customer service is just as good as their merchandise.Sometimes when you have to deal with emailing customer service you dont get a responce back in a timely manner but not with them .they respond pretty quickly and they are efficent.I appreciate them and they appreciate my business i curently have 5 of their hoodies they are of great quality.They are warm and fits well .sizes run kind of large so use the size chart.Thank you Melanin.net

They were very nice and professional about a spelling error I made by accident. They were constantly keeping in touch with me while the corrections were being made. I felt very much appreciated throughout the whole process.
