We stayed at MeiserSPA resort in one of the suites which was supposed to be one of the best rooms. We were extremely disappointed. The room was obviously lacking renovation, held in orange and had very little resemblance with the online photos. The madrases were old and very uncomfortable. It was absolutely not worth the price and we would not have stayed there had we known the level.
We stayed at Meiser Design Hotel thursday till friday this week.
There was a massive eletricity breakdown which made the Hotel totally dark. No elevators, no light, no nothing. The breakfast were only leftovers - they didnt even fill up the bread….
Everything was cold - and not eatable.
When we cheched out - there were no compensation. They couldent do our invoice or charge our card.
Today (its saturday) i spoke with the hotel twice because they cant charge our cards. They cant send e mail to us (but everyone Else Can)!
So after spending my Day and my Money on the phone fra DK to G, then i have to spend my time to make a bank transfer when i get an invoice sended to my adress.
This is a totally disaster!!!
