It's a game changer!…
This head collar really works and we've tried quite a few! Being made to measure is brilliant. It's what I'd describe a comfortable, kind harness. Our 1 year old Labrador is very strong and it's been such a struggle to keep her from pulling me over. She still pulls slightly but I can now walk with more confidence and it must be comfortable as she's happy to wear it. Worth every penny 😊

Just what we needed a basic lead with a quick release clip. Maybe next time a small loop at the opposite end to thread the clip through when puppy needs tie-back to keep him in place. Unfortunately puppy has almost chewed through this.

This lead is designed without a handle and it isn’t chew proof. If you’re looking for something suitable for tying up a puppy who likes to chew, our chew proof lead, wire lead, or even a chain lead would be a better option.

You did ring and offer help. I didn’t give your support 1 star; I just couldn’t review what i bought because I didn’t get it. I was trying to train my dog and thought the pdfs would be useful. I had checked my spam. I still don’t have it. For this reason I didn’t order any others because I don’t know what went wrong. Please don’t worry about it - it was only 99p.

Your order confirmation shows the PDF was sent automatically at the time of purchase. If it didn’t appear in your inbox, it’s very likely it went to your junk or spam folder, which you said you hadn't checked yet.
I received your offline chat request on the Sunday and subsequently spent around 30 minutes on the phone to Stripe to determine what had happened (yes, they were working on a Sunday too!).
I called you back at 08:40 after I missed a call from you at 08:30 on the Monday morning, before the office opened, we spoke through it for 9 minutes -- you seemed happy at that time, I manually resent the file at 10:40 later that morning.
Given that you also mentioned in your review,
*** “It may be my fault, I’m not used to ordering PDFs,” I do feel a 1-star review is unfair and doesn’t reflect the support and effort you actually received. ***

Having made multiple purchases of other head collars in the past, I had nearly given up until I tried Meg K9 head collar. What a game changer!! Certainly the best one I have ever bought. The hands free walking belt from Meg K9 Custom Dog Leads is a game changer!
It’s really well made,strong and sturdy,even when they all pulled towards the same smell I felt confident it wasn’t going to come undone or snap or anything.
There’s about 100kg attached here lol
And best of all my hands are free to poop pick,give treats,take photos lol etc etc

Outstanding customer service
Needed to order 2 long lines for when we go camping. Unfortunately the website was down so I sent Sarah a WhatsApp message on Sunday explaining what I wanted. Didn't expect a reply until the next day but I got one. Sarah double checked what I wanted on Monday & then this morning (Tuesday) I was gobsmacked to receive the long lines. The lines are fantastic, great quality & exactly what I asked for. If I could give Sarah 10 stars I would. Truly amazing customer service & fantastic products 👏

Best lead ever.
Been looking for a lead like this for ages and was so pleased to find it here. It is well made and easily adjusts from standard length to longer. Better than a flexi-lead since there is no tension with the lead as you walk. Comfortable to hold. The clip on this lead is slightly bigger than the one I have already but it is not heavy so is still fine for my wee guy- a border terrier cross. We use it with a harness.
