Dies right after warranty ends....
well I guess I am one of the unlucky one. On ours all of the forehead lights go out when the mask is either flat or bent to form around your face. IF you bend it the other way the lights work so it's not a light/bulb issue. Tried calling and I had bought this for my wife for Christmas 2024 so my 12 month warranty is expired. Would think from a customer service perspective they MIGHT do something to help, maybe offer up refurbs if they have them or possibly a discount for buying yet another one but nope. I'm completely SOL and they wanted me to buy from scratch, which will never happen. Hoping that mine isn't the start for other folks and that their units start to fail right after the warranty expires.. Anyways not sure if this is the place to ask but definitely will need to buy another one so looking for suggestions for ANYTHING BUT MEGELIN...Thanks for listening to my vent. This just hit me wrong....
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Cannot be trusted. I tried to make a purchase with my MC, and it failed twice, my bank saw no record for an attempt to charge my card. I was told by customer support to try again in two hours and I did. The purchase was confirmed, however, when I called six days later to track the package I was told the order failed, and an email was sent. NO email was in my email or spam, only the confirmation on the 8th. MY BANK ALSO SAID NO PURCHASE WENT THROUGH AND NO ATTEMPTS WHERE MADE BY THE COMPANY on my card. My account on Megelin said, the purchase was successful also. If a simple purchased failed 3 times, and their records are inconsistent and inaccurate, and they cannot resolve it then how can I trust their products or the life of their products?
Great product, great company, great customer service
I purchased the red light therapy bag, and I must say I really do like it. It seems to be helping my joint pain. It is a great way for me to take the time to relax, and I honestly feel a difference. I believe it is too early to tell if there are any improvements in my overall skin appearance.
I had received a free promotional gift that was defective, and Megelin's customer service team was quick to respond and sent a replacement part immediately.
I had a lot of questions on the products, and called customer service several times, and each time I got a human, and had my questions answered. I never felt rushed and felt the representatives knew the products well.
I am quite pleased with Megelin.

I ordered a red light mask 17 days ago and have not received it. I have been emailing the company for 3 days and have been getting nothing but the run around. They have created the shipping label but not shipped it. They keep trying to tell me its on the way but I have tracked it, it is not on the way. I have requested a refund, just cancel my order. They cant do a refund on shipped products, however it has not shipped. They keep telling me my situation is under review.

We had a problem with the mask within a couple of months. I reached out and another was sent immediately. I am a firm believer in the way a company handles a problem determines the value of a product. I love this mask. I chose it over Omnilux for one reason, customer support. Megelin has proven to me I made the right choice.

Ordered the Megelin mat for 1599.00 and with it came a belt for which I did not get! I contacted the company several times and for a whole 3 weeks or more was giving the run around. My tracking said delivery not fully delivered. Then they didnt have it and what else do I want. So I requested a mask for which I waited another week for them to say no. They offered me a lamp for which I already have one so I requested the firming pants or vest and they said no. They kept insisting they can send me the lamp and I said I already have one and fo not want it. Then I said I want to sent the mat back because when I ordered this it was for both items. They told be they will charge me 20 % for restocking fees or for sanitation purposes. If I knew for 1 second the belt would not be in the purchase I would never have bought this. The value of the belt convinced to spend as much as I did and they gave me the impression that the belt was on the way so I felt comfortable in using the mat. I feel they defrauded me and made me comfortable with the idea it was on its way. I have since called my bank fraud dept! If u buy their items be aware of their fraudulent practices..
Very frustrating customer service…
Very frustrating customer service experience.
I reported a malfunction with the battery indicator always showing full bars, which causes the device to shut off suddenly during sessions and results in inconsistent intensity. Instead of properly addressing the controller/battery issue, support kept asking for repeated videos and basic usage demonstrations.
On top of that, I was told I would have to pay for return shipping myself and restocking fees, or accept a partial refund that voids the warranty. Very disappointing handling of a warranty issue. I would not purchase again.

it is quite upsetting they sell product that dont lasI bought some slim belt, you recharge it and then wear it. fist time I got some electric shocks i contact them and they refund me some money from a big amount I paid and I had no idea that will stop the warranty so today after six months (well I hardly used the belt( they told me they can't do anything) so conclusion just throw it in the bin

I ordered 2 items. Only 1 item was deliverd although it showed both items were suppose to be in the box. The box had been thrown away and I called Megelin at least 6 times over a month. I emailed several times. Each time I received a new person who had no idea what was going on and stated they would expedite the order to a manager. The last call 2/2/26 I heard dogs in the background, so I presume it was a lady in her living room who was reading off a script. The company gives no other way in which to contact them or reach any other employee of the company. It has been a month now with no progress and no assistance. Avoid this company if at all possible.

A lot of $ for little to no results
First of all the website is difficult to navigate. I had to use Ai to figure out the directions. They are very unclear. I have now used the face mask 3 times and the belt ^ times. I feel and see zero change. A lot of money tpo be dissapointed. I ll try it a little longer to see if I have any results.
Great product, great customer service
I'm always nervous about buying direct to consumer products because you can't touch or feel the product and you're at the mercy of customer service if something goes wrong, but I finally took the gamble and ordered the pro therapy bag from Swirise. The bag works exactly as advertised and I'm very happy with it. Initially I had an issue with my order and I had to contact customer service. They responded right away and immediately fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the overall experience.

Claimed I would get a free gift and didn’t, waiting to see what happens
When I purchased the mask and the mat, it showed me receiving a “free gift”, which showed as some kind of sheet mask. When I received my order I did not receive the “free gift”, so I called the company. They stated it didn’t show on my order and it is random. Called customer service and currently waiting a response.
