Excellent products and service (yamaha bike parts). I bought a range of parts, from different components on my motorcycle, mostly parts that wear quicker than others. I was expecting some “on backorder” corrections on the invoice for the above reasons. Nope, they had them all, proving their stock management systems are first rate, backed by a confident and cordial market face.

Parts showed in stock when order was placed- two days later they contact and some of the parts back ordered 3 weeks. Tried to cancel the complete order. They would not let me. Instead refunded me the cost of back ordered parts at the current exchange rate. Which I lost a few bucks on. Then Took 8 days for parts that were in stock to be packaged and shipped. Then another 5 days for arrival. The Part that did show up was what I needed and works fine. Not impressed with the slow shipping of in stock parts- if you need parts within a week- do not use this site- I will not order from them again.

Megazip is a truly customer focused organisation. It's the only parts organisation that i have found truly deserves a five star. They were very pro active in engaging me. And accommodated additional changes I made to my order to ensure I had what I needed. They stand out for this.

This is the third time I order items from Megazip for my Toyota Tacoma Sport 2013. This time I needed to replace the headlights bulb and I couldn’t find the spare part here in Kuwait (Tacomas are not sold by Toyota in the Middle East which makes finding spare parts very hard), so I found and ordered the part from Megazip and in two weeks time I received and installed it and the problem was fixed. Big thanks for Megazip!

Finding the part in the diagram helps with working on the bike. The price is good and its the genuine part. Shipping from Japan to Australia is fast and not that expensive so Megazip will be top on the list for the up coming carburettor job. Thanks Jason Hewlett

Extremely Disappointed – No Response, No Shipment, No Accountability

I placed an order on June 16 (Order #1439273-1) through the MegaZip website. At the time of purchase, the delivery estimate clearly stated handling in 4–7 business days and shipping in 2–5 business days, with a total expected delivery between June 24 and July 2.

Shortly after, I was told one item was low in stock — which I accepted — and was assured the rest would be shipped soon. Since then, no updates, no tracking number, no shipping confirmation — nothing.

I sent a follow-up email with all details on June 27 and even explained the urgency (my car is still in the workshop waiting for these parts), but not a single response so far. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer reliable international service.

I live in Qatar, and I used a Dubai shipping address just to speed things up based on the delivery promise on their site. Now the person who was supposed to collect the package is leaving Dubai on July 1, and I’m left with no solution and no support from their team.

Avoid ordering from here if your time and communication matter. Very unprofessional handling of orders and customer service.

GUYS be aware before buying . Order nb 1441628-3 please please read all the 1 star reviews . My problem is EXACTLY the same as all the other bad reviews . They asked me for an additional 150$ to ship the order 1 week later .when I told them to cancel the order they offered me a a discounted amount and when I threatened to dispute the order they refunded me the order less 14$ !!!!! So they stole . Currently my bank is taking that 14$ back from them. The point isn't the 14$ it's their unethical tactics to STEAL . Steer away !!!!!

The team at Megazip tracked down a part for my Goldwing from one of their many supply warehouses around the globe. They not only found the part but at a discount from original quote and refunded the difference in a timely manner. They always kept me informed from start to finish. I would definitely use Megazip again. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience with them. They helped me out a lot with customs, packaged everything how it’s supposed to be. And the delivery was fast and on time with accurate tracking. Would recommend to anyone! Also the prices are great.

I ordered parts for my Yamaha motorcycle. The prices were very reasonable compared to other sites as was the shipping cost. After I placed my order I saw something else I wanted and I messaged them and they added the new items to my order and sent me an invoice for the extra amount. I received genuine Yamaha parts with part numbers and yamaha labels. Delivery was very quick. Overall I am very impressed with the price and the service. I will definitely order from them again.
