I found these to be very easy and helpful to deal with. I enquired via their website and within an hour they had replied with a good price for an older non running, MOT expired Zafira. Arranged a day for collection and the driver arrived when he said he would, and was very professional and helpful.
Funds were transferred there and then with no haggling.
Overall a great experience with excellent customer service

I tried other companies to pick up my scrap van prior to calling megavaux the other firms wanted to pay 2 days later after vehicle collection Megavaux on the other hand do a bank transfer there and then from the driver who is picking up the scrap car . All in all great communication great service and delighted with the customer services i would definitely recommend and use the firm again.
