The attitude towards the customer and the speed of the transaction were great.

Likely a scam as the first charge was £0.85 then randomly and repeatedly they charged me £32 to my bank card within the next few weeks even when I was out of the country. At the end I have no idea what kind of product or service being received or charged.

Accommodating Representative, they have acknowledge my concern and response right away. they are also very helpful with my inquires and concerns.

My request for resolving the issue had been evaluated by the Escalation Team. They took into consideration the specific reason and circumstance and have offered the solution which was extremely satisfactory. Very few would have gone to this extent in satisfying customer.

Absolutely awful company. Bought an £8 box deal to then be signed up in a subscription which has taken £41 from me on the 19th September and the 2nd October. Customer service are refusing to refund my money. Completely false advertising. Stay away everyone. It is a scam!!

I had a problem and they stole my credit card and it them about a month to send me back the money but at the end it was fine!
