Just what I wanted. They might not have a big showroom, but the staff were helpfull and efficient, and I found exactly what I needed, and didn't have to wait for it to come in, so I was very pleased.

Helpful customer services
Helpful customer services. Fast and efficient service. Goods delivered on time and well packaged (unlike other companies I've used).
Tilers did complain about the fact that there was some size variation in the polished porcelain tiles, but they were a great price and I think still look amazing.

WOULD USE AGAIN
I telephoned first and the person on the other end was friendly. Tiles were in stock plus alternatives. I visited the shop the same day and the transaction went smoothly where I was able to view both the tiles I wanted and the alternatives. Young lad carried my tiles to the car. Excellent service. Would use again.
