Lacks respect, boundaries and discipline.

Office staff I worked with were immature, lack boundaries, respect and discipline. There was one rule for them and another rule for me, Racism is also a culture in the office, My mental health has been affected by this company. I feel sorry for the carers, as they are treated disrespectfully, and they work long hours, sometimes without a break. They had advertised my position whilst I was in post. The serious concerns I raised were used against me at my probation meeting, it was easier to get rid of me than address the issues. The only positive thing was working with the carers and clients.

MegaResources have and still do provide excellent, reliable care for a family member. They are excellent communicators and really do their very best to provide world class healthcare services. They have been an excellent partner for us to work with caring for our relative - thank you Mega Resources

I have had the privilege of working at…

I have had the privilege of working at Mega Nursing and Care, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional company that truly lives up to its mission and vision of making a difference in people's lives. Working at Mega Nursing and Care, I have witnessed first hand the positive impact we have on the lives of our clients and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that is dedicated to improving the lives of others, providing not just care, but also hope and support.

In conclusion, Mega Nursing and Care is a fantastic company that stands out for its unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. It is a place where employees are valued, supported, and given the tools to succeed, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. I am proud to be a part of Mega Nursing and Care and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling career in the care industry.

Amazing company with great team leadership & members.

I have had the opportunity to work at Mega Care for a while now, and it’s such a rewarding and enriching experience, I can guarantee anyone.

I feel very passionate about the values of the company. They are very compassionate and caring which aligns with my own personal values. It is clear to see the love and care they have for their staff, clients and clients families, this is shown throughout the entire company and the work carried out each day. 

The management team is very accessible and they also have excellent communication skills. They are always available to address concerns during shifts and periodically join staff on visits to monitor progress and assess the relationships we’re building with clients. Meetings are held often to communicate our challenges or concerns, This ensures that we consistently maintain a high standard of care.

I appreciate the opportunities available, from checking in with my manager to bettering myself and my career with the wide range of training offered. This enables me to strengthen my current skill set, and ensure that I continue to excel within my role. 

I would highly recommend Mega Care to my friends and family should they ever need this assistance. From my experience, I’d also highly recommend Mega Care as a place to work, as the support, family-feel and career progression is incomparable.

My experience with Mega Care

I have been at Mega Resources for nearly 3 years I started as a admin apprentice at 16. As a 16 year old straight from school I was very nervous to start work as the only real work experience I had was what I was taught at school. When I first started they welcomed me in like I was family as the youngest at the time I was expecting to be dismissed but that was not the case at all from the carers to the directors everyone treated me with the same respect as they would any other member of staff.

After two years I finished my apprenticeship and reflecting on those two years I went from being 16 to 18 and I haven't just been taught how to be a good worker but also I have grown up with the people I have worked with and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to teach me not just how to work but also how it is to be an adult.

after my two years of my apprenticeship I was excited to see where my next chapter within Mega Care will take me and as a young adult I wasn't too sure what field I wanted to be in. They offered me a different role away from admin and I started working in finance and I have no regret doing so Mega Resources has pushed me to do things I never thought I was capable of doing but they have guided me and helped me to get to where I'am today by offering endless opportunity's to myself and ill forever be grateful to the company for believing in me.

I like the company what I love is that they let you spread your wings no one is behind you all the time telling you want to do but you can ask for help anytime you want they will always help you.

Proud to be part of Mega care Team

It is very proud moment to write about company where you work and where you being supported and highly appreciated for all effort .

Firstly , Thank you Mega care team and Management for all support and opportunity to progress my career growth.

I am currently working as Care coordinator and I am also one of the staff who was interviewed from indeed for job and later on was given many opportunities to boost my career after recognition of my dedication and effort . Been 2years working with this great…

Been 2years working with this great company Mega care. I have always receive support from everyone including my line manager and the management. The progression is very stunning as every effort is being recognized.
The company always want their staffs to progress by supporting them in their journey, the company’s cultures, ethics ,management’s,etc are very amazing.

I work for Mega Care as a Care Co ordinator

I have worked for Mega Care, left and come back. All management are very respectful to all staff. They welcomed me back and management knowing my abilities I applied for a Care Co ordinator role and I got the job. I have been training and have a lot to learn and will continue to learn. My manager is amazing, very calm and patient to support me with my role.
All staff are trained very highly and as a team communicate well.
There are options to progress.
Very organised company.
