I’m beyond frustrated with Megaplatz and how they’re handling user access and support. I’ve been completely locked out of my account for no reason. Megaplatz is not a verified prop firms you will get duped out your money they manipulate the platform. I have spent way too much with Megaplatz
and have received less payouts than I actually deserved.
Emailed customer support several times, nothing. If this is how they work I don't want to use them but they now have all my info. There's no date when we'll have our assets in our wallets or in a safe place. Traders deserve transparency and timely responses—especially when the company’s decisions directly impact their ability to trade and grow. In my case, Megaplatz has simply gone silent, which is unacceptable for a professional firm. Best thing is to open a complaint with the FCA first and if not satisfied, then take it as their final response and open a complaint via the AyrLp!
