I would not even give them one star. I deposited 30 dollars it was over a 3000 dollar play through and then they took my money said I never deposited. So no they're scam artists plain and simple

This casino doesn't deserve any stars they are quite happy to take your money but if you have a payout they dont want to pay you at all, avoid at all cost.

I won a bit of money on mega Medusa and played it till I reached the playthrough amount then I tried to make a withdrawal they told me I couldn't until I made a deposit to confirm my account so I make a deposit then I try to make a withdrawal. I didn't hear anything so I asked them why it hasn't my withdrawal gone through? and they said that my money is forfeit because I mix funds by making a deposit although I have screenshots that they told me I had to make a deposit to verify my account. And I can get any of my funds I deposited back either.... Be careful with this place. I would go to another casino.

This casino is not trustworthy. My withdrawal showed “approved”, but support later said that status does not actually mean approved and is just a generic label. That is misleading.

They then denied the withdrawal citing bonus rules, even though the bonuses were openly offered and allowed to be used. No clear warning, no transparency, just a refusal to pay.

My advice: do not deposit your money here. Once you win, they can simply deny your withdrawal.

I only played here because of an email i was sent that said fast withdrawals within 24 hours. I finally won after losing a good amount. I initiate the withdrawal, 24 hours pass and nothing 36 hours and still nothing. The agents all tell a different lie as to why. the email was a mistake; the email was sent out to early. Ok first off they make you make a 15 dollar bitcoin deposit for any withdraw for verification purposes.
