Sent the wrong knife. Customer service is garbage.

Customer Service sucks and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They have not delivered or updated shipping in almost a week and 0 help from company

Bought a knife that was to be spring assisted. It was absolute junk. They only have 5 star reviews on their own site but elsewhere, bad reviews. I should have researched more. Customer service doesn’t exist. The knife was junk. Hard to close. Nearly impossible to open and the spring assist was broken when I got it.
Absolutely do not recommend in any way.

Buyer be ware. Bought an expensive knife that was inoperative within one day. No response after several weeks and many emails.

Don’t fall for the fraudulent company.

Ordered a new cleaver knife and had it for nearly a month. Its a cool knife, really big, and semi-sharp, but cheaply made. About a month ago, it fell off my hip and the rivet holding the blade sheared off. Sent them a message from there site, which had no other instructions, explaining what happened and got an email a few days later. Didn't know they were gonna send an email until I saw it today and sent them pictures. First they tried to tell me that it was past the 30 day policy until I told them the day I messaged them and then told me the knife didn't qualify for a refund because it broke from a 3' drop. Was told they would give me 35% off for another $40 knife though. Beware when buying.

I recently bought a sting ring,it doesn't charge up. So what good is it? I tried getting in touch with customer service, I was told I would be receiving a replacement, I've never received any tracking number, I'll never buy anything from these rip offs again, save your money, cause you won't be happy😠😠

Here's the deal. Mega Knife offers a decent product for a decent price. I have purchased a few automatic knives for my collection and the knives are as advertised. An "Italian Stiletto" isn't anymore guaranteed to be made in Italy than a "Swedish meatball" is guaranteed to be made in Sweden. If you want an Italian MADE stiletto, you ought to be looking for those words in the ad.
It is up to the buyer to know what are buying. You're not going to get a $5,000 knife for $49.99..

Ordered and received two sets of throwing stars. Legit company. Shipping was fast, tracking number provided.

Bought a clearance package .the picture showed 4 items for 10$ I ordered received 1 mini garbage knife .it’s not sharp and won’t lock total crock plus they send toys that they call knives

Bought 2 different OTF knives, blades were sharp but both knives same point of failure internally one of the tabs on the spring mechanism broke off. The new one broke the very second i opened it....extremely cheap metal

i bought 3 items for 90$ it says it came but its not here like bruh give me my money scammers

The sword I got had a pretty decent design. The design being a dragon. The cost was decently cheap for a sword as well. However, the sheath wasn’t put together all that well.

Ordered a $51 baton that came broken. Asked for replacement or refund and they refused to provide return shipping. So I sent it back. Cost me $27 and now if they refund me. I am still at lost of $27. Don’t buy from them. It will cost you more than you paid for.

The knife I purchased is basically a toy. Poorly made, not even remotely sharp. I did write a review for their site and it was never posted and I think it's fairly certain the glowing reviews on their site are fake.
Buyer beware.

The knives are not sharp at all. They are not Interlocking. The tip is broke on one of them. There refund policy is bs. Never order from them
