Great to be able to to speak to someone on the phone to get a replacement lid. My megahome has been going strong for many years now, used very heavily and it’s the first time a replacement part has been needed. Great product and great company!

Great value supporting right to repair
Without buying the reasonably priced fuse which I guessed was the cause of the distiller failure it would have been a write-off to landfill or an expensive repair as it was out of warranty a little over 3 years after purchase. I commend this company on providing such a spare part as this and making a video on YouTube to show how to replace it.

Simply the best company and the best distiller by far.
If I could rate them higher, I would. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase the items they offer. I’ve bought two distillers, one for a friend who couldn’t purchase in her country and one for myself. Becki Fryer has gone out of her way to help in many ways.
