I visited Megabikes to purchase a Vespa 125cc Primavera and bought it same day. Thiago was extremely helpful and patient. It was such a pleasurable experience. Also Gabrielle was very helpful.

But the reason for the review is that when I got home, I noticed a panel on the glove box that wasn't right in colour. So being a little OCD ... I contacted both Thiago and Kieran from the Ballymount Store. Now its easy to write a review when things go well ... but for me its all about how Megabikes handled this for me.

They were terrific and are offering a new panel for me. They didn't have to but they understand and appreciate the customer. I genuinely know now that when it comes to upgrading my Vespa .. there will be only one store that I will go to.

Ordered a new jacket, trousers and the alpine stars tech air 3.
The quality of the customer service was absolutely incredible. Ola rang me today, querying my jacket size and gave me the best advice to use with the tech air 3. This will save on returing the jacket for a different size! Not only that, they had my items shipped as fast as they could so I can go on my bike trip this week!

I’ve just got home from Megabikes with my new Aprilia RX125, all the experience with them was amazing, they helped me from the scratch with the equipment and explaining how all the documents works also finding a set of equipments that’s fits me.
A special mention to Gabriel who was really helpful and patient guiding in every single step. I will definitely come back to the store for new purchases.

As always, it was a memorable experience. Staff made every effort to ensure they had followed my request to the T, they kept me informed throughout my order right up until it was time collected it. It was extremely kind and helpful to make me a video of before and after boxing. Thanks again team.

Was in Megabikes today to get some boots & gloves & a small repair on helmet fabric. Gabriel couldn’t be more helpful & patient, he spent time fixing the awkward fabric issue on the helmet & great relaxed knowledge on anything I asked about gear. I’ll be back again for the Jacket. I’ve dealt with Megabikes other shop before too when I bought a helmet & jeans & again service is first class & like with Gabriel today, nothing was a problem. So, thank you for great products & top class customer service Gabriel!

All staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. Always giving a spotless customer service.

Great service and atmosphere

Absolutely brilliant team of guys and gals working here. I bought a Honda Africa Twin from Ross, an absolute legend from day 1 to the collection day of my bike. Ross really helped me find the bike I had been up and down the country searching for, any questions I had he knew his stuff, his customer service work ethnic is exceptional and his rapid response to delivery was second to none. I highly recommend Megabikes and highly recommend the quality of customer service to anyone looking for their dream bike 🏍 thanks again, Ross and team, and no doubt we will do business again in the future👌🏻

I found Ross very knowledgeable and knew his way around all the hidden functions in the new bikes on board menu. Very happy with the bike.

I unfortunately bought a 2018 Tmax 530 from megabikes in Ballymount last September 2023 for commuting to work.
From day one the bike had reliability issues and ended up at great expense, and inconvenience to me, having to leave the bike back with them over period of one month in total back and forth.
I found the sales person to be untrustworthy, and basically telling lies about what they were doing with the bike to resolve the problem.
I ended up buying a another TMax 560cc 2020 model in their Dublin store to get myself out of the process, which I have since traded in with another dealer at a loss because that bike had issues too.

In summary the sales guy in the Ballymount store sold me a lemon of a bike,and lied about about what he was doing to resolve the issue,which ended up costing me thousands of Euros in the process.
Hopefully this review will help someone else get a better deal elsewhere when they read this review.

BUYER BEWARE when dealing with MEGABIKEs, beause I found them to be MEGA untrustworthy!
