Absolutely terrible. Deliveries take months. Completely disrupted my bathroom renovation. I am still have no idea when I will receive the shower screen ordered in April and no response from customer services

Megabad: Incompetent Handling of Order and Unresponsive Support
We have ordered two mounting kits for a walk-in shower screen. However, Megabad only delivered one set - not for the desired version, but for a corner solution. As a result, a proper installation is not possible. I contacted the complaint service by e-mail, but even after five days I did not receive any feedback. Several attempts to contact by telephone were also unsuccessful, as it is almost impossible to reach a competent contact person with sufficient knowledge of English. This level of incompetence, poor customer service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Megabad shows no interest in customer satisfaction or professional service. I can only strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you value reliability and seriousness, you should instead contact Reuter - a much more professional provider.

Just Terrible
Ordered a bathroom furniture and prepaid it. Nothing ever arrived, was just told that it was delayed. After 3 months I asked again, only to be told that the product does not exist anymore.
Do not order from these guys, a complete timewaste!
