The tech rep. was okay. The problem is with the Web Application. No profile ID. are available if you don't chat with someone. So, it is almost impossible to find them once you come back to search for them. Other dating websites offer a Profile ID. to help resolve this lost profiles for the customer. Fix this problem and work on the price of your Credits and you could be a Premium Dating Site.

A Total $ grabbing scam - where each person you chat with tries to make you spend more & more for credits- for the pleasure of chatting with a ‘bot’ , where their answers to your questions are not even real. And, the ‘person’ doesn’t ask you anything about yourself ?
What isReal - these people on site are working on commission!

What I like is that no one obligates you to anything here. Don't want to chat right now? Okay, no one will bombard you with messages. Come back a week later you can continue right where you left off.

The app is really easy to use and just a great overall experience. This is the first time having a decent conversation and i found the person interesting.

I've come to find that this site is VERY EXPENSIVE. I had spoken with 2 gentlemen(I think ) on a lot of different subjects and in depth conversations. Anyway, as a grown 66 yr old consenting adult, I would like to be able to meet someone without restrictions (money spent) and be able to see if this would advance into something more, but because of the price you pay for this to happen, I don't think it will. So, my take away regarding Meet with Mature is, if you do get an actual person don't get attached because in all probability you will never be able to meet them. You stand a better chance with a subscription site. At least you're not spending your life savings on someone that may or may not be real.
As for the reply that is going to come, please do not say the same thing that you have told everybody else. I would like an actual response, not a pre-scriptioned one. Because regardless of what you say, it is very expensive and picking the packages that are less expensive, do not give you time (2 credits /min) to really be able to chat seriously with someone. And by the time you really figure out whether or not you want to continue talking with this person, you've already spent at minimum $200, and that $200 is one of the packages ($199). I get it, it's all about the money for you all, but for most of us, we are actually looking to meet someone and see what could happen. Anyway, if you all have any respect for yourselves and the company you should do better (example: give incentives like after spending $500=20 free credits or gems). Also, if two consenting adults would like to meet or communicate outside of this platform, they should be able to do so. And if you all are really concerned about the safety of your clientele, put a non liability clause in your policies or wherever you have other information like this and let them meet. Give the pre determined information (with consent).
I'm not going to call you all scammers, but you really need to do better. Be a site that people would recommend, not one were you're being called scammers.

tried to write a decent little paragraph about my hobbies and hit the character limit instantly. it barely gives you enough room to write three sentences. makes everyone's profiles look super generic because u cant really elaborate on anything. needs to be doubled at least.

They are money grabbers not allowing you to give emails, mailing or email addresses when you find a special someone. The lady I connected with had spent $600 USD but was not able to email or chat share information not on profile. WTF is that all about?????

The chatting is great but the problem is the location of partners I'd too far atleast if we can choose the nearest locations ourselves
