Sardinia Cala de Falco extra charges!!

Used this company to book a Sardinian break! Were very good to communicate initially but once full payment was received the issues started!
We got the booking in information the day before travel only to find that the accommodation didn’t include cleaning, bedding, towels or electricity! There was just two of us but we were being charged for 6 people!! It was a ridiculous amount
The villa was attached to a really nice hotel complex but was left in the 1980’s needing serious updating!
We were promised a refund but surprisingly enough radio silence! Never ever use these guys again!!
