Horrible! How do I get my $$ refunded?! I purchased 2! Robotic vacuums. A joke, the worst. Can't find them to get $$ back...Yikes, STAY AWAY

Ordered a pair of jeans for my wife. She wears a large but i ordered a 3x because chinese products are typically small. The 3x was still too small. Sent them back snd asked for a 5x in exchange. That was six weeks ago. Still have not received anything. I even gave them my email and they were not even considerate enough to respond

They sent me the wrong product. What name do they use to bill your credit card so I can contact my CC company?

I ordered a gas mask respirator from them to use instead of a flimsy cloth mask. The product I got from them was TOTAL CRAP.

It came disassembled without any instructions, with Chinese writing on the filters. This product does not have a feeling of quality but has a cheap, slapped together feel about it like SO MANY OTHER THINGS FROM CHINA.

The filters are difficult to get on and keep them on, because there's no instructions to tell you what angle the filers are supposed to be at. But my biggest concern is there's not enough good, thick rubber to make an adequate seal around your face.
This is not so much a respirator as a respirator costume. It would be perfect for a play about a pandemic, because the actor would be able to breathe much more easily, sucking in air from outside instead of just through the filters.

The next place I write will be the California Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs. Also I am contacting Amazon to tell them they should not sell ANYTHING from this s*** company.

Addendum: June 2, 2020. I did file a complaint with the California Attorney General and I heard nothing back. I guess they're too busy cracking down on little barbershops and making excuses for rioting and looting to pay attention to this problem.

Jim Tia and their Robotic Vaccum suck. And if you were only out $80 u were lucky..try $97.99 And just like you..no luck with contacting them. This product would not even make a decent present for a kid.
Stupid me for believing in a BARGAIN like this. I absolutely deserve what I got. But you can bet that I will not stop with this review. No matter how stupid I feel, I will have some satisfaction one way or another. Better Business Bureau here I come!

Received my order poorly packed and completely damaged. This was a customized decanter total destroyed!!!

I don't know this company but had to rate in order to review. I am trying to get in touch with Jin Tai to return an item sent to me by mistake and get the one I ordered that must have been sent to someone else. I have not had any luck. I called the number on the return address and they don't know what I am talking about. If anyone has received a family tree with printed names and it is not yours I may have it and you may have mine. I would be glad to exchange with you. However, this one is broken on the frame but should be able to be fixed. Maybe Meetfancy can contact us if that were to be the case. Thanks

I believe I've been taken advantage of by Jin Tai ...I also ordered a sweeper and it stopped working after being charged up. I hate getting ripped off. Has anyone here had success in getting a telephone number for this company? I have the City of Industry address, and have emailed countless times.

Ordered a solar panel from this halfass company. Did not have right directions. Everything in Japanese or Korean. I saved the shipping label so I can send it back. Do not order anything from this bogus company.

Ordered a robot vacuum cleaner and received it today. It absolutely does not work at all! Not on carpet or tile. It is half the size I expected and cheap light plastic. No customer service information at all. Made in China and worthless for $80.00. Piece of junk! Don't fall for this company.

I got suckered in by the low price. This item, this company is a RIP OFF!!! Do not EVER buy from them!!! Let me change my star rating from one to MINUS -100.

I ordered two UVC wands which were supposed to be anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Instead they sent two very cheap UVB lights. UVB are Wood's lights which I use in dermatology practice and these were not even working.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU CAN FIND THEM THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING, ETC!!

Do NOT order company is fraudulent. Product is not representative of website. Material/Fabric is paper thin, cheap, see through, polyester. False advertisement. NO receipt or information on how to return items. Took over a month to arrive. When I purchased there was no confirmation email. Really deserves 0/5 STARS - Disappointed.

I received a package today that I didn't even order. Does anyone have a number for this company? Afraid someone might have used one of my credit cards.

I ordered two pair of shoes and was sent the wrong size! I want to return but there is no packing slip.

The 2 items I ordered was way to small. How do I get a return label so I'm not charged for these items. Thank you. Hope I have the right company.
