They do not respond to messages and I cannot contact them. Trying to get them to delete account. No response but I keep getting messages everyday. It’s a scam.

I have called the customer service #. No person ever answered .
The phone number requested I leave voice mail with call back #. It's been 3 or 4 days, and nothing! I tried a couple more times.

Customer service is unavailable

Customer service is unavailable. AI chat box options are not helpful and my emails, chats, phone calls are not being answered. It’s frustrating dealing with a company that you can’t reach nobody. My kids accounts was closed with no warning, no verification or notice sent when payment was being made from my bank account.

Terrible experience and customer service

Tried to open an account and it stayed in the review stage. Reached out to support and they said they were experiencing an issue with multiple other users and would get back with me. No one ever responded after with a timeline or a sorry for an inconvenience.
