Speedy refund

I requested a refund of the initial fee for the standard plan, and Mayvy quickly responded saying she would refund the fee and feel free to come back anytime. The money was back in my account in two days!

No Help Here

I'm one of those people that would like to give no stars. But, I am disappointed with Beagle, first I did sign up for the $4.99, 3 day trial. I was told they were a real company with alot of great reviews. I decided to try it. I know somewhere I have a 401k sitting out there somewhere. I thought they could help. It was difficult to understand. But I did as I think was correct, I waited for a response it tooI 7k 2 days. I went from my email to the site to help claim my 401k. But just was not able to process the help to see if there is one still out there. Then without my permission they tried to bill me $93, or something like that. I haven't even figured out what to do. So I waisted $5, and haven't even figured out ho⁰w to contact or get my money. But Beagle got their money from me. I guess I will search another way. It sucks because I could use some help.
