Their web platform is full is very useful information. I didn't know anything about knives and I learnt a lot. The comparison between types, maintenance tips and tools etc. all are explained well.
The products were delivered well. And it was considerate enough to add band-aids for delivery of knives!

Ordered a knife and delivery was quick but the blade was bent, the tip was crooked even though it "passed quality assurance". Okay, no big deal I thought. I wrote an email and was told I could send the knife back so they could fix the blade and tip. I got a return label and sent it back. To date there has been no further communication with the shop, they stopped responding to my emails after I received the label. It's been over 10 days now. Will update the review if my problem gets resolved.

Because our sharpening specialist was on holiday for a few days, unfortunately it was left a little longer without you receiving feedback. My apologies for this. Grate snd trustable
