Meervail. Unprofessional probably a SCAM

Promoted through Amazon. Mickey Mouse set up. Website talks of fantastic customer service. Furniture flat pack turned up missing crucial pieces which can happen sometimes I get that. They don’t pick up the phone, ( mobile burner number.) don’t answer messages, don’t answer emails nor messages left on their website which promotes expert customer service. Starting to feel like a SCAM. Also they have not taken ownership of their Trustpilot position here which is normally the first thing any professional firm that wasn’t up to no good would do.

Fantastic service. I had to ask for instructions as husband had thrown them out . Got them the following morning.
