The sales experience was very positive, Oliver was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries, I will return for future purchases.

The shoes are lovely. The only issue is that the vamp is quite high it necessitates unlacing the shoe quite a bit to get your foot into it.

The sales person was absolutely knowledgable on shoes. She actively listened to what I’m looking for and pulled three shoes that were already something I was looking for. Then we narrowed the selection down to the number one shoe. I admired how the sales person could already tell just by looking how I was walking around in the shoes whether they are a good fit or whether I feel comfortable.
I’ve been wearing formal leather shoes for over 14 years and this brand that I newly discovered made it to my top 3 brands!

The associate who helped me in the SoHo store was great! They did a great job explaining the differences between two of the models I was looking at it, helped me with some try ons socks so I could get a feel for the shoes without thick boots socks on, and recommended sizing for me

Fast delivery, boots are tip top, extremely comfortable with a great fit, even for my wide feet.

Checkout site did not give any chance to update address or review order. Order was placed accidentally and order was delivered more than 1 hour away to an old address. Customer service seemed like a it was a call center and was completely unhelpful at altering/canceling the order. Very inconvenient, unlikely to order from Meermin again as a first time customer.

Shipping went well and fast. The shoes are well made with minor processing errors.

Great shoes, great price. 1/2 size down from US athletic shoe size, then converted to UK. 11.5US is what I wear in sneakers, so I got UK 10 in loafers. Good fit.

Horrible, customer service is awful. They messed up my order and then basically said well that sucks for you. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible experience, and I hope their sales fall through the roof.

i typically wear 10.5 size shoes. When i tried on the 10.5, they were way too big. I returned them for a size 10 and that process was great. The 10s are still a little too big. This shoe may just not be a good fit for me, but I dont want to return them again. Both width and length.

First and last time buying a pair of shoes from this brand. The shoes came with glue residue seeping from the sides where the sole of the shoe was glued and the representative says that this is “normal” for their quality standards. It seems their quality standards are substandard.

wonderful shoes that are very comfortable. only issue is it took 3 days between the delivery label being created and the package to be delivered to UPS. meaning it took more than a week for delivery that was supposed to be only 4 day.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s customer service and exchange process. After receiving my original order, I realized the shoes didn’t fit properly and needed to be exchanged. Instead of a simple swap, I was forced to place an entirely new order, which was already inconvenient.

To make matters worse, the replacement order couldn’t even be delivered to me for reasons that were never clearly explained. When I reached out for help, customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to offer a practical solution—such as sending out another pair while the issue was being resolved. Instead, they insisted that they had to receive the undelivered pair back first, even though I never actually received it in the first place.

This policy and lack of flexibility caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, the process was inefficient, poorly handled, and far from customer-friendly. I expected much better communication and support, especially when the issue was outside of my control.
