I got both V3 and the Hurrican board and its realy a game changer. I been riding another more expencive brand before I got my meepo boards and I had a lot of dangerous issues and problems. Now I been skating the meepo V3 almost every for 3-4 years with no issues and that is realy amazing. I also got the Hurrican and thats onother level in power and speed. With the Hurrican i hit the highway and competing with the cars, buss and motorsycles its insane. Got some battery problems with the Hurrican and been in contact the custom service and they are great. Fast answers and realy helpfull. Now Im waiting for a new battery pack to arrive. Thank you meepo!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
They scam you and dont care at all.
I was guranteed 1 year warranty on my hurricane. I contact them a week before my warranty expired about my battery shutting down and my one trucked snapped on me. No answer. I then contact them the same day my warranty expire about the same issue, even live chat said there was still warranty, but they told me to email a specific mail. I sent them a mail but didnt get an answer for days until my warranty expired. They wait until your warranty expires to help u with problems, then they want u to pay. Their product is dangerous, and this case is far from done.

The Meepo mini 2s er board I got is great. Haven’t had any problems with it. The customer service is also great.

Yan was straightforward and got be exactly what I needed. When my boards ESC was broken it took one video and the problem was solved. Thank you so much!

The first correspondence helped me identify the problem but more messages were sent back and forth before they were able to verify the charger wasn't working. The people were nice but it took almost a week before something so trivial was established via what is probably administration procedures; otherwise, this would be 5 stars.

Fun board. Works like it’s supposed to no complaints

5 stars for Bonnie because she was quick to help me out, my board didn’t come with a remote and she was able to get back to me and rectify the problem by sending me a new one. Can’t wait for it to come in and try out my board.

Well I've only been with meepo for a few months but I think there costermer service is absolutely great 👍 I've bought 2 boards already I had a problem but it got sorted out straight away without any hassle thank you meepo

MEEPO Hurricane:
Axe de Truck AR cassé

J’ai malheureusement eu un axe de truck AR qui s’est cassé sur le truck AR de ma MEEPO Hurricane lors d’un ride tranquille.
Je me suis donc retrouvé à glisser directement sur la partie AR de mon deck; les roues s’étants désolidarisé de la board.
Heureusement que je ne roulais pas vite, 20km/ h Max à ce moment là.

Cela a eu pour conséquence les dommages suivants:
- Abrasion et fissure du deck
- Abrasion de la platine de charge
- Abrasion des fixations de l’esc

Pour information, j’utilisais des Bushings non serrés excessivement et ma board avait près de 3000 Km.

Le SAV MEEPO, géré par Bonnie, a été remarquable puisqu’il m’a envoyé en à peine 15 jours
- un deck complet (grip tape et Heatsink compris)
- un truck AR complet
- Un module de charge

Un grand merci à Bonnie et donc à MEEPO pour leur compréhension et pour le diagnostic rapide.
J’ai envoyé beaucoup de photos de bonne qualité pour les aider à visualiser et à comprendre la problématique.

Malgré ce soucis que je considère comme un défaut de "jeunesse ", solutionné maintenant puisque MEEPO a modifié ces platines de trucks qui sont maintenant usiné CNC, je recommande MEEPO.

Je resterai donc fidèle à cette marque parce qu’elle a fait honneur à son engagement de garantie en me remplaçant rapidement la pièce cassée et aussi celles impactées par les conséquences de cette casse.
Je resterai fidèle à MEEPO aussi parce que je trouve que cette board est un excellent choix d’un point de vue du rapport qualité prix, performance et polyvalence.
Elle est d’une qualité bien supérieure en matière de finition, d’équipements et de rendement aux ELWING Nimbus, EXWAY Flex, EXWAY Wave et ONSRA Challenger que j’ai possédés auparavant.

De plus, le service R&D MEEPO est très performant.
Ainsi en moins d’une année, de fortes améliorations et de nouveaux accessoires ont vus je jour.
Roues, pneus, moteurs, transmission Gear Drive, ESC, télécommande, éclairage, garde boue.
Tous ces accessoires sont de plus livrés gratuitement en Europe en moins de 15 jours.

MEEPO est aussi une marque qui innove.
Par exemple c’est la seule marque à ma connaissance qui vende des pneus TUBELESS pour Skate Électrique.

En résumé, mon expérience malheureuse s’est transformée en expérience POSITIVE grâce au SAV MEEPO.

MEEPO Hurricane:
Broken Rear Truck Axis

Unfortunately, I had an AR truck axis that broke on the AR truck of my MEEPO Hurricane during a quiet ride.
So I found myself slipping directly on the rear part of my deck; the wheels having detached from the board.
Fortunately, I wasn't driving fast, 20km/h Max at that time.

This resulted in the following damage:
- Abrasion and crack of the deck.
- Abrasion of the charging plate.
- Abrasion of the esc bindings.

For information, I used untight Bushings excessively and my board had nearly 3000 km.

The MEEPO after-sales service, managed by Bonnie, was remarkable since it sent me in just 15 days

A complete deck (including grip tape and Heatsink).
A complete AR truck.
A charging module

A big thank you to Bonnie and therefore to MEEPO for their understanding and for the quick diagnosis.

I sent a lot of good quality photos to help them visualize and understand the problem.

Despite this problem that I consider a "youth" defect, solved now since MEEPO has modified these truck plates that are now CNC machined, I recommend MEEPO.

I will therefore remain faithful to this brand because it has honored its warranty commitment by quickly replacing the broken part and those impacted by the consequences of this breakage.
I will remain faithful to MEEPO also because I find this board an excellent choice from the point of view of value for money, performance and versatility.
It is of much higher quality in terms of finish, equipment and performance to the ELWING Nimbus, EXWAY Flex and Wave and ONSRA Challenger that I previously owned.

In addition, the MEEPO R&D service is very efficient.
Thus, in less than a year, strong improvements and new accessories have emerged.
Wheels, tires, engines, Gear Drive transmission, ESC, remote control, lighting, mudguard.
All these accessories are also delivered free of charge in Europe in less than 15 days.

MEEPO is also an innovative brand.
For example, it is the only brand to my knowledge that sells TUBELESS tires for Electric Skate.

In summary, my unfortunate experience has turned into a POSITIVE experience thanks to the MEEPO after-sales service.

Had some issues after riding on a wet road. I was very frustrated cuz I did not ride in any puddle or anything. My ESC broke and after some chatting with Meepo they offered to send me a new ESC witch is awesome! The board is an absolute beast too, gonna enjoy it some more once the new ESC has arrived!

5 star customer service and great products at great prices! Thanks to Monica for helping me upgrade my board. She answered all my questions and sorted out my account info so I can upgrade my order.

I had an issue with a Hurricane, I was quickly acknowledged and the issue was dealt with swiftly.

I been using meepo boards for a few years now and the few times I have had issues I contacted Bonnie at meepo and immediately diagnosed and sent me out new parts. They are very good and the warranty is always honored.

Honestly i did have issues with my meepo at first and meepo did send me a lot of videos to try and fix it myself but eventually they just sent me the replacement part and boom good as new. Have over 300 miles on my board and absolutely love it.

I appreciate meepo for what they have to offer quick customer service I recommend meepo to any bigger looking for their first board..

Extremely quick and helpful support. I believe their support department is in asia, so with every message there was day in between. But every day they replied and came back with good English and relevant solutions

I was riding my board recently it the KingPin on the motor truck snapped while riding it. Didn't get hurt somehow. Contact customer support and after a few emails and pictures they were quick to send me new trucks (which appears to have a new design to hopefully fix this flaw). Overall great experience and recommend Meepo over the competitors.
