As medical devices, all tests have an expiration date associated with their lot number. We list the earliest expiration dates on the product pages when we know them. If you do not see an expiration date visible on your kit when you receive it, please have the kit ID/serial number/lot number with you when you call or email Meenta Customer Success at support@meenta.io or 888-204-5303.

Right out of the gate shipping was late
Right out of the gate shipping was “on time” for a 4 day shipment when I paid $25 for overnight shipping. Not great. Hopefully customer service fixes this for me and refunds my overnight shipping since it was clearly not overnight.

I ordered 6 testing kits & received 5!
I ordered 6 testing kits. I received 5. I also paid $35 for expedited shipping. I tried calling and spoke to a nice person who could not help me with this situation other than to take down my information. We will see if the company follows up with me and sends me the 6th kit I paid for????

I believe I had already given a review on my most recent purchase. My issue is not with the test but with the delivery. When I placed the order online, I did it on a Sunday with a 2-3 day business day delivery. Thus, I expected the tests on Wednesday. I did not receive the box until late Friday night/early Saturday am. We obviously were not happy. We had purchased them for a reason - to be used in a timely fashion. By the time we received them, it was too late. Fortunately, we had already found tests at a Walgreen’s near us.

The site is not the easiest to…
The site is not the easiest to navigate. My purchase confirmation email said that there may be things to complete so I should log in. I was not able to and it was hard to find a log in. I shipped OnGo tests expedited due to one of my children showing a possible positive and no local tests to be had. Doesn't make sense to drag sick kids out to be tested and possibly spread it. The email that it shipped took 8 hours to be sent so I did email to find out if it did. They responded an hour...not long though...after I finally got the shipping email. The tests are identical to a different brand that was sent home from school. You do not need the app.Tests worked fine. Yes she's a clear positive a few days after the 1st test and we are still negative.
