…Misleading Product Claims and No Customer Support
I recently purchased a pair of glasses advertised as “[Vision Returns to 20 Years Old] Smart Zoom Comfort Reading Glasses” (Order number: SP0260303211942QBPO1). The order included two pairs of +2.00 automatic zoom reading glasses for £29.
Unfortunately, the product does not match the advertised specifications or performance. After trying the glasses, I found they had no noticeable effect on my vision, which is completely inconsistent with the claims made.
I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email to request a return and refund, but have received no response.
This experience raises serious concerns about misleading advertising and lack of customer support. Additionally, the product was marketed under the name "cuzumoshop.com", while payment was processed through a different name, "Meeily", which is potentially misleading.
I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing from this seller. I need my money back.
