Safety concern!

At least one of their employees probably sells the personal information of their customers, including details about ongping deliveries.

Not even giving a chance

I was referred to this pharmacy as a more flexible alternative to my local pharmacy, but my experience was the opposite. I was told I was ‘not a good fit’ before I’d even had a single consultation, based solely on vague notes from my previous pharmacy I’m a full‑time worker on a monitored VPN, and I clearly explained that I’m available every day on my lunch hour, after 5 p.m., and on weekends, and that scheduled calls are no problem. Instead of trying to work with those reasonable windows, I was repeatedly encouraged to go elsewhere.

I have since spoken with my previous pharmacy of 19 years, who immediately understood my situation, apologized for past communication issues, and welcomed my file back with clear notes about my availability. The contrast was stark: one pharmacy treated me like a human being with a job and health needs; the other dismissed me before even speaking to me properly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs predictable communication or who works in a setting where random daytime calls aren’t possible.

Dishonnest publicity

Dishonnest publicity, high honorary fees but claims they charge the minimum RAMQ asks, more expensive than local pharmacies. Avoid.

Their website is beyond broken

- I received an email asking me to create an account.
- It doesn't work, as all it does is spin and spin.
- Yes, I tried multiple browsers (phone included).
- They were going to have their team fix it.
- I was never emailed about the resolution, despite an email I sent ~3 weeks after that.

Fast forward to later
- They emailed me ~2 weeks after that (via a new email, NOT a reply) asking me to complete the account, because of my prescription.
- I told them it does not work.

Fast forward to even later
- Eventually, their team I guess had to create the account for me... Which I had no idea they even did that.
- By that point I simply had everything shipped to the pharmacy near my house.

Fast forward to today
- I get an email stating this, " Moving soon? Make sure your medications arrive at the right place by updating your delivery address in your profile."
- I have NO idea why.
- I tried resetting my password to see if I could actually log into the account. A password reset was NEVER sent. Not that I was ever able to set a password in the first place.
- I decided to link my Gmail (instead of trying to log into with a password which I don't have anyhow).
- My information was there, and was correct.
- I promptly unlinked my Gmail account (for security reasons, obviously).
- Then got a random email from them. Mind you, ONLY because I linked my Gmail account.
- I then decided to try the "forgot password?" again. That time, it sent me a link for me to reset my password.

Final thoughts:
- Do I have the emails to back up what I say? 100%.
- They have the worst website I have EVER seen.
- The fact that creating an account doesn't work, and resetting your password doesn't when it should is very unprofessional.
- Whoever created their website did a poor job, and the fact that they haven't taken this issue seriously is baffling. All it means is that I simply am not a customer of their pharmacy.
- I was suggested Medzy by my medical service at the time called "Bonjour Sante". I believe Bonjour Sante actually sent them my information.
- Suffice it to say, I've since moved on to a better platform called "Doctr", which works as it should. And the mondossierpharma (the website for the medication) works as it should as well.

Suggestions for Medzy:
- Take customer complaints seriously.
- Do NOT ghost customers. Which is the reason I switched to Pharmaprix.
- If they tell you something doesn't work, don't simply forward XYZ to another different department. YOU should make sure it works as intended once fixed.
- And please, have IT fix the password not resetting issue.
